Don’t remember the ep, but the scene where Wei Shao asks and listens to Gong Sun Yang explain the meaning of…
Agreed! Chinese characters are very pictorial and symbolic in their transformation when it first formed to now having a simplified version. I am learning and I am impressed.
So the four generals and the ladies were there for days? No one realized? Did the cousin stand there under her…
I agreed with you. In drama it did vaguely mention for two or three days (think the maid was the one who mentioned). But I just ignored it and assumed it was only one night. lol. How could anyone be left in that rain, without food for two or three days???
This is based on the Era of China where a character can have official title and given name, e.g. Wei Shao is an…
Yeah, I realised recently a lot of novel being picked up for drama adaptation, all seems to have this reincarnation trope. It must be a trend in novel industry making such trope so popular. Goodness that c censorship don’t allow that, so at least in WuXia and historical drama, we will never see this🤣😅.
It's not even the whole truth though....lolol. They forgot to mention to Hong Ning that Bai Cha was the one who…
Thats my comment above too. Why no one is handling Bai Cha??? Everybody seems to ignore his existence and allowing him to continue his evil deeds. It’s author’s plot device, it’s not the time for him to die yet🤣😅.
So question for novel readers; why do many of the characters be they main Support or guest have multiple names…
This is based on the Era of China where a character can have official title and given name, e.g. Wei Shao is an official title that nearly everyone will address him as that respectfully; and ZhongLin is his given name. So FL’s maiden name is Qiao Man, with causally known as Xiao Qiao, and her close family will call her Man Man. Although novel has reincarnation plot, but this drama had changed and removed that.
It's not even the whole truth though....lolol. They forgot to mention to Hong Ning that Bai Cha was the one who…
Yeah exactly! ML like his little guard Fox are just eager to take the blame for everything that had happened. If Kunlun never explain, I doubt FL will even know🤦🏻♀️.
When did you watch the first 7 episodes? You said you watched them before.
Yeah the ending is already mentioned in Red Moon Pact. Watching Love in Pavilion was just to follow how the story unfold and to watch the chemistry of the different CPs. Leon and LSS, Meng Zi Yi and Ryan Ding, done fantastic job in their roles. Enjoy your vertical drama binged ;).

Ah, those titles are also in my PTW, just not sure when it’s coming out😅. Vertical dramas sometimes are a good quick, filling the gap dramas. I do watch Wu Xia and Xian Xia, so recently just completed Love in Pavilion and now watching Prisoner in Beauty.
It may be a one second that both will be re-incarcerated as mortal and we imagine them living happily ever after.🤣😅
Oh? Thought someone mentioned that the novel ending will be the two of them choose to be mortal as less restricted by the immortal rules. Think KunLun will make a good ruler for that heavenly realm.
Enjoy your vertical drama binged ;).
