Yes, I have completed In Blossom. It was an okay story with good beginning and have lots of potential with good elements that can developed but didn’t. The story wants to explore but fall short in plot holes some convenient writing. So overall an okay watch for me. The case investigation was not very complicated and some are even predictable. The CP is so-so for me, I watched it for ML’s acting, at some point I cringed at FL, but I still completed it as I want to know how it ends.😅 I would recommend as past time. lol! I am watching another now, Blossom in Adversity, enjoyed that more.

In this drama, XZ’s friend QingYe, who was also a former Ancient God, uses his power to save his mortal girlfriend and was punished by Natural law - his punishment was to become mortal and suffer countless cycle of falling in love triangles and harming both women, whether he chooses one or the other, as shown here, the other will be harm. So with XZ’s involvement, he woke up QY’s primordial wisdom and QY made a right choice, which result in not hurting either girl. And in last ep., you see he is out of the cycle as he didn’t need to make any choice to love either one. Hope this explanation helps.

You are not wrong, in 2005, my expectation on such story was very low. But manage to finish it because of the casts. However if you are not a fan of that story. Maybe having a fresh eyes on this new series, you may have a different take.;)
