In short, just wish to share this web drama is worth watching yea : )

This is awesome. Really didn’t have much thoughts or expectations for this web drama as understand on low budget wld usually be incomparable to those big budget dramas. But heck no, this is indeed a fun watch...beginning was much but thanks to some good reviews over here I managed to stay on until mid episode the interesting part kicks in and one leads to another for me to binge watch it (not really a long watch, just 18episodes and each ard 10mins+ so it’s best to client on YouTube as it combines all instead of having to click next every few mins...lol)

ML & FL chemistry picks up ard the mid episodes that makes me move along with their romance story. The rest of the parts relating to political threat etc (oh well, dynasty drama can’t have no bad guys right...) is reasonably added, just that it’s direct without must unexpected twist (yea, if you’re a fan of period drama like me, it’s very obvious what’s behind each characters’ sleeves!) so the only part is the ending whereby the ML remembers FL which isn’t I see it coming...as logically speaking how’s that possible (I mean he hasn’t been remembering the rest of the repeated lifetime but why the lady lovey dovey with FL’s romance so deeply carved in his memory that can bypass the scriptwriter— refer to the drama realm FL is stuck inside is bound by the scriptwriter isn’t it...) anyways, sometimes can have any logic when coming to time traveling...just enjoy the show everyone! ^^

Just wondering if anyone got any idea abt this mini drama or web drama is it somewhat an assignment extracted frm some competition or so on? It seems strange tht the editing is all over the place...or shd I say choppy or jumpy as in not well edited for smooth viewing. Very strange indeed for such good plotline (the story may seem dejavu but okay if got further character development) but execution a disappointment...many could’ve been better to improve it.

Anyways, the 2ML (Song Zhou)’s acting seems better, maybe bcos more comedic expressions are required for his character/ role. While ML just so-so...I do think all characters are underdeveloped to an extent that it cripples their acting.

Overall a quick watch if planning to kill time/ boredom while waiting for something bcos it’s just 20mins+ Wish it cld be longer...it just seems like a mini assignment to me.

Really big thanks to everyone here for the movie review...TBH else, i wouldn’t be able to fully understand this movie’s plotline. I’m an all time fan of Sci-Fi or out of the world fiction eversince X-Files era but this movie ain’t my cup of tea.

The background story of the main characters are underdeveloped (probably bcos there’s a team of main here, thus with movie’s length of just 1-2hrs wouldn’t be enough to tell it all!) and I find tht we (I recommend to my family to watch with me) couldn’t really click with the story flow. Thankfully, there’s the veteran guest actor (i.e. Runningman’s YJS), supporting actor (i.e. JHI-my favourite, JJY-he’s grasps of the character just for a few moments is awesome—liked him on Sinkhole), supporting actress (KSH, CYJ) otherwise this movie could risk being uneventful.

But after reading more reviews here, I’m pretty surprised the team of ML(s) were only debuting once this movie is release. Being newbies in movie acting, then what else can we say right... (Let’s try not to have any bias with ongoing high expectations that Korean movie sets for the market nowadays) just enjoy their effort shown yea! Respect :)

thanks so much for your quick reply. It tells a lot about what to expect in terms of social issues etc (as the movie trailer is least helpful and not very promising—just tht I always liked sci-fi). You’re right...it’s ongoing concerns even in our society right now.

Mind sharing a bit, how interesting is this movie—is the Sci-Fi logic or totally unimaginable? And is there a slight tinge of romance in this movie ya?

I’ve just watched this movie with my family—I know it’s a bit late to watch 2017 movie but happened to chance upon it and seems promising so we watched. Yes, indeed a good watch for us.

At first we thought there’s some interesting facts to note or somewhat to take note when emergency in tunnel such as this—of course it’s very rare incident but good to learn a thing or two I.e. which ventilation fans we’ve passed in the tunnel (I never bother whether I’m driving or just a passenger...lol.) But some things got us confused, so posting here for some feedback from you guys who may know better.

1. Car honking despite car battery dead?
- tried checking online but couldn’t find any info to support it.

2. Can radio operate for long when using car battery despite in stationary (don’t we need to be driving it or at least keep engine on for battery alternator to be recharging? I think ML off the engine from idle mode.)

3. How can the movement detector device (not too sure what’s it’s called) still detect frequency & stays connected to the main device (despite broken into two/ detached) for statistical readings by the rescue team leader?

Just hope some emergency tips can be gathered despite it’s a movie—as to a certain extent I do think it shd make some sense since it’s covered in the movie. Mind share your thought with me? Thanking in advance ^^

Hey thanks for sharing. I’m not a fan of non touchy love story. I can understand some romance in olden days (i.e. war time etc) is more subtle. But tht’s just not my cup of tea. Sometimes I can stand watching a movie of such genres but 24 episodes is kinda a long ride to go without any warmth from touches...lol. Luckily you share some heads up for now I can also put aside Mr. Sunshine :D

Hi, I’m a fan of Anita Mui since I’m a little kid...actually she’s my mother’s favourite superstar but I’ve grown up liking her—as an amazing celebrity role model—even much more than my mother does!

Anyways, I wanna find this movie but not sure where can have online streaming of it. I don’t mind paying for online viewing as I do wish to support this movie production since it’s rare to have good Cantopop related movie these days. Can anyone pls recommend a right channel to watch this movie? Thanking in advance : )

I’m also a fan of ‘W Two Worlds’ and ever since after the drama ended until now I couldn’t find any other drama as good as it is—fantasy, romance (yeah, they kissed almost every episode but still as loving until the end!aww..sweet couple), mystery, thriller/ suspense (keeping me at the edge of my seat most of the time! lol), etc...so have u watched this ‘Extraordinary You’?

Mind sharing if it’s nice watch from your opinion—I think anyone who likes W drama (as I do) may share similar preference for this drama too! Pls share your thoughts ya. Thanking in advance : )

A beautiful story about life & love. Remember to prepare some tissue beforehand (near towards ending episode, every few scenes got touching parts!). Unexpected ending and worth watching till the end of it.

I’ve watched it with my other half. This movie is awesome—it has all the elements of disaster/ rescue (‘sinkhole’ as the title gives it away), comedy (I must say it’s reallyyy funny in most scenes where we have a good laugh despite disaster genre!), romance (very slightly, obvious yet my heart didn’t flutter), & tearjerker (what’s a disaster movie if no one dies...I mean I don’t want to see any death but this movie won’t be too real if 100% all rescued right—but I can say it’s still happy ending for the general crowd!)

Lee Kwang Soo is my favourite ever since Running Man shows—he isn’t handsome but he’s acting and comedic vibes are superb! Really enjoyed most of his scenes in here and it never fails to bring us the funny, humorous side of the character.

Probably some may not find the characters fully developed but IMHO, the storyline is just nice with the character introduction (anyways, a movie can’t be too overtly elaborative to avoid dullness or lengthy) for us to know who’s who and follow with the happiness & sadness that the story unfolds.

first time knowing there’s such a description for a kiss being ‘covid friendly’! ...lol...but the again, it wld really be a disappointment as I can’t stand half-hearted kissing scenes as though the director trying to make the characters stay pure to get audience yearning for more :p
