Watched till ep 9. At this point, this drama feels like a whole lot of nothing. The only things saving it are:
1) the cinematography
2) GYJ’s outfits

They kissed!!! Ignoring the fact that the circumstances were questionable.

Idk whether I should consider this a win for me or not but this is the second time I’m preferring the SML over the ML. And this time too, the same thing happened between the FL and the SML, which is actually quite rare in Kdramas

They completely fumbled the second couple. With two hot, age-appropriate actors and the classic story they had, their potential was wasted. They deserved more screen time but instead the writers randomly made the SML fall for the FL for no real reason. Ig they didn’t want the second couple to overshadow the main one

Keeping aside the fact that they look horrendous as a couple, this drama is surprisingly entertaining. Maybe it’s because I had no expectations or because I’m binging it now. There are some funny moments too. For the first time, I’m hoping there are no romantic scenes for the main leads lmao

Seeing the comments, I thought how bad could it really be? But the ending turned out worse than I could have ever imagined. There wasn’t even enough romance to save this shitshow

She kept following him even before he called her in the last episode tho. Anyway, I just hate Seon u. I’ve already called him every name in the book.

I supported Ha Yeong throughout the drama but in the last episode, after that “maybe” I realized most people and I like her because the character was rich and charismatic. She doesn’t have any self respect. And after being rejected so many times, she still stalks him. If it were a man, people would have called him a harasser.

I can’t believe vertical dramas are now better and more willing to explore new stories than those usual short dramas.

This wasn’t entirely bad. I think I just expected more after the first week.It’s the third drama this year that felt like a potential 10/10 early on, only for the quality to decline with each passing episode. So far, only three Kdramas this year have been memorable for me

Maybe my expectations for Kdramas have become too high, which is why I keep ending up disappointed. Because I happened to start a random drama from a different industry around the same time Dynamic Kiss began and I’ve been completely obsessed with that one ever since. That drama is so good, even with the usual tropes.

I actually like Ha young and think Seon u doesn’t deserve her. I truly dislike the SML. That said, Seon u doesn’t owe her anything. He isn’t obligated to return her feelings and he never gave her any indication that he liked her. If they do end up together, it would feel unsatisfying and unfair to Ha young, with only three episodes left. It would seem as though he accepted her for the sake of his son.
I honestly don’t understand how someone who likes the SFL’s character would want her to end up with such a pathetic character like Seonu
