I will say that I initially thought that Pran's flirting skills were not gonna be as good as Pat's. Then I saw…
Someone pointed out that Pran's had years of pining after Pat, so I think it's a sure bet that he's been fantasising about them a lot...and now those fantasies becomes his secret weapon! Pat on the other hand has never really encountered any difficulties before Pran (and Ink), so he never really had to hone his flirting skills.
I feel like bad buddy is keeping me hostage I have not done anything productive the past week, been on mdl far…
I had planned to go to the library to study three times this week, made it there only once... One of those times I skipped because I had to keep watching the GMMTV stream in case any new Aof or Ohm/Nanon projects were announced... Who even am I anymore? 🙈
Ohm has been doing bl since he has been 14-15. He has a lot of projects under his belt. I think this will be his…
He truly is the captain of his own ship! He's also got good social media instincts and his and Nanon's friends and co-actors have definitely been helping in the comments. It's fun to see them want Ohm and Nanon to succeed!
Good point about BL's bad reputation. Even though Ohm seemingly had nothing against BL himself, it could still affect his future chances to get more mainstream roles. Hopefully well-written and produced shows like Bad Buddy will raise the standard and make people take notice. I'm hoping we'll see the overall quality being raised a notch next year.

Thank you for sharing the link! Based on Ohm's answer here, I support the interpretation that he was ready to move on (he doesn't say for how long), but being paired with Nanon changed his answer. So I'd say the fandom should take that more as indication that from now on, Ohm's answer is "Yes" as long as Nanon is involved.

I'm glad he's mindful of this being Nanon's first BL. They've thrown the words "shy" and "nervous" around a lot in interviews etc, so it wasn't nothing for Nanon, even together with a close friend.
I noticed that Jose pasted Ohms answer (and the video link to the interview) as a reply to you below, but I think Ohm's answer supports your interpretation. He was ready to take a break, but now that he's paired with Nanon I think his intentions have changed.
Love that Aof made sure to ask Nanon first. I bet he knew or at least suspected that Ohm was hesitant to take on another BL role. Otherwise I suspect that he would have asked Ohm, the BL veteran, first. At least that's what I would do in a similar position.
I can't know about Ohm's intentions for sure, but he's been working hard to make sure the series gains attention and their pairing gets noticed. I think he wants them to be established as working partners, in case any future opportunities comes along. And they did get cast together in a couple of projects for 2022 already, after all.

Not as far as I know. It's just another one of several examples of misinformation and/or misinterpretation that gets spread within the fandom as some kind of gospel.
It's exhaustingly common for fans to read into even the mildest statements and jokes in various alarmistic ways. Fans tend to read between the lines even when there's nothing to find there but their own personal fears.

I think fans are working themselves up for nothing. He got to close out his current BL phase with a drama that he loves, directed by a person he trusts, acting against a friend that inspires him. I want him to have that good memory, not for fans to pester him and Nanon about it.
And if Nanon does BL with someone else in the future, hopefully fans will support that as well.
No need to worry about the lack of upcoming BL/LGBTQ+ roles for Ohm and Nanon. The industry is clearly taking note of their sudden rise in popularity, but remember that it only exploded very recently after all. You bet there'll be a heap of offers for them for 2023, and they can take it easy during 2022 to learn things from different roles. And if they do want to make another series together playing lovers, they can probably pick and chose whatever they want from now on.
In the meantime, let's enjoy the rest of Bad Buddy fully and without any worries for the future. 😌
I know im late.. But i just watched the bad buddy 1st teaser. Its totally different from the drama. 😆.. They…
The original trailer was just a concept trailer that they threw together (Not Me has one as well), the cast hadn't been finalised yet. I saw a video where Nanon pointed out that the same bike was parked in the background in the scene with the mothers, then in a scene that supposedly takes place 15 years later the same bike is still there. :D
Ok so this is going to sound controversial, but after thinking about that rooftop scene ever since I first watched it, I'm finally ready to leave the rooftop and see what comes next for our boys. 🥳
I actually spent all day today believing that it was Wednesday for whatever reason, so when I was corrected I got so annoyed because that added another day for me to wait for episode 6!
Shoot rewatching the episode i just realized Pran's foreshadowing when in the flashback of him and Pat writing…
That was very well written (I also wrote a post about it below). Bad Buddy actually has a lot of those moments. For example, if you rewatch episode 4, you'll notice how Pran starts counting down 1–2... after opening his door to Pat sitting in the corridor outside. Then at the confession scene, Pat also does a countdown 1-2-3...
