I haven't even watched the last episode but seeing how ruthless some of the discussions in the comment section are becoming is kinda saddening. I personally didn't have a special love for this show, as I have figured out Japanese bl's just are culturally a little different than what I'm used to which causes me to have a harder time to connect to it. That being said I still watch them because I still think they are valid and obviously a lot of people love them! Not even having seen the last episode I gather from the comments that there is no kiss in this? I am going to be completely honest with you and say that at no moment during this show did I feel like I could imagine the characters kiss. This doesn't mean they wouldn't have gotten there with time, but how things developed between them it felt like they wouldn't be ready for that. So to me, no kiss would be perfectly fine for that reason rather than a kiss that feels unnatural and forced. BUT I also agree that when we talk about kisses in general in bl's that it should be just as normalized as straight couples. And in western media straight couples tend to be more promiscuous and sexual. That is however western media and even in Korean drama's it has only been a recent development for straight couples to kiss like normal people rather than fainting over someone simply holding hands. I think a lot of westerners watch these shows and hope for them to be somewhat similar to their own shows but set in a different country and you simply can't but that kind of expectation on these countries, everyone who worked on these shows and the show itself. Even though the jury is still out on what I think of Big Dragon and recently having seen War of Y, Kinnporsche, Unforgotten night and Checkout, it is one of those discussions whether the bl industry is being oversexualized with all their NC scenes. I think with the mentioned shows (some of them good and some of them bad but nonetheless) as long as they use it as a part of life and a normal part of a lot of relationships (Asexual representation is also extremely valid!) I will applaud it. Because I personally love to see a world where straight isn't the default option. But just like with straight couples on shows which has it's own problems behind the scenes, I wish for no one to be and feel exploited. Bl's are a fantasy, yes, and a completely separate genre from LGBT shows from my understanding. I just hope that whatever happens in these shows was done with the people involved feeling good and safe about it and that it won't negatively effect the LGBT+ community as a whole.

Oh totally agree, (most/good) parents really do the best they can with what they have. I probably would react too to some degree if it was about something that upset me, although I am one of those silent angry people xD The one that annoys the hell out of you by giving you the silent treatment so I already feel bad for what they'll deal with. BUT this is the only thing I'll say about it, you'll never catch me begging my parents forgiveness whilst clinging onto their legs >.< God my heart would break if my hypothetical child did that.

At this rate they should have just stopped at 4. The ending would have made no sense but at least they would have had some mercy instead of letting us come back for 3 more weeks. I vote mannequin kiss from an obscure angle after he dramatically reveals that they've known each other before he was famous and thats why he fell both in love with acting and him 😔 because if we haven't met our Soulmate before kindergarten we are a lost cause

Ugh I just blocked all of that out. Everyone frustrated me in that scene. The Disney evil mother wannabe, the idiotic and naive child that can't help but be 'so easily swayed because years and years of love, dedication and loyalty means nothing compared to the chance of filling a void you never even knew you had until someone told you you must miss mommy dearest ' and last but not least the actual responsible parents that suddenly forget they are talking to a child who has no knowledge or context and just found out that you told a pretty big lie. So instead of sitting him down and telling him the truth you just blame him for not knowing better.. Kinda your job to make sure he does mate. Not worth the headache 😒 But you're right though at least Nhai understood who he was and keeps the energy going. Gotta love consistency 😅

The preview makes me wonder what we are still doing here and then I realize ah yes we are in a toxic threeway relationship with Sher and Fah. Toxicly intoxicating but we can't help ourselves because those little moments (Mainly the other 2 couples) make us forget about the bad until it happens all over again.

That was the most infuriating and yet boring episode to date. You know when people say: nothing happens and they mean yeah sure we get a bunch of scenes but it's kinda all non important and sleep inducing stuff. Well for once we have an episode where nothing actually happens. It's 3 different shots of which one concludes of a solo montage and the other 2 are essentially useless if not the exact same scene minus some characters. Leaving the first 5 minutes to be pretty much the only dialogue in this entire whopping 12 minute episode. wtf.
But tell me I'm not the only one ENRAGED with them not even getting a slap on the wrist for what they did?? I've seen bad guys get off the hook blessed by the holy spirit of forgiveness but geez... 'I think they've learned their lesson'.. jep totally remorseful when he pulled a fake gun and started threatening everyone. Or how this wasn't even the first time they tried to harm you, this being the third time shows how premeditated this all was and not a lapse of 'judgement or mistake'
No they aren't sorry they tried to harm you, they are just sorry they got caught and could get criminal charges for it. I honestly don't even care if he wants to play russian roulette with his own well being but my problem starts with the fact that if they ever harm someone other than him, he shares the blame for that. He isn't quiet because he is scared to come forward, he stays quiet because he just doesn't care enough to realize how severe the situation is.

No I know, but when he sat down with his friend he said he was gonna pass it up anyway if he did get it. Which was after he asked the professor if he could nominate someone else instead. They just made that part a bit confusing I guess 🤔 I just assumed that meant he couldn't pull out of the competition so to speak but once they accepted him he could just decline.
Whahaha Omg that last part 🤣🤣🤣 He did what so many inspire to do. He succeeded in fixing the guy😭

2 realizations I had watching this weeks episode:
- The show really just successfully made us forget that Yai is practically a sex offender who legitimately tried to rape or at least assault Mangkorn at the beginning of this bl whilst filming it. We also don't know if this was his first time doing something like that.
- Fuck! me and Mangkorn are matching, as I too so happen to have a dragon tattoo. I swear to god, with tattoos it doesn't matter how often you see them, you always forget you have them.

Only thing I'm wondering is why this was a cliff hanger? He already said he wasn't going even if he got accepted, no?

I mean, I already lost it at him being jealous of an actual child, I got so confused because I was certain he couldn't mistake a little kid for a side chick... My gawd I can't XD This man put a cactus in a washing machine... A WASHING MACHINE 🥲 I mean Nhai... Come on... Ai's patience is surpassing that of any Angel or God geez at what point is too much, too much for this guy? 🫠
This isn't romance.. Granted it is fiction, but for anyone that needed to hear this, this isn't romance. For the love of God, please walk away when someone acts like this 😳

Edit: I somehow forgot to mention that the first thing Nhai says isn't even an apology when Ai tells him it was his sister. Nah this man doubles down and tells him 'well you never told me you had a sister'. That is full blown gaslighting. Now it isn't Nhai that did something bad, it is Ai who should have told him about his sister (WHICH HE DID) so this wouldn't have happened.. He follows it by saying that Ai is the one who needs to make it up to him. When Ai actually mentions the damage Nhai caused he acts like the bigger man by saying he only did that because Ai made him think he cheated but he is the forgiving one who will believe Ai on his word. Kinda insane seeing a scene where gaslighting isn't just a buzz word, it's the sole definition.

So.. they gave Gear & Prince a 2 minute scene to talk about Sher's music career? Why.. just why? Why can't Prince have a life outside of Sher? Why did I lowkey expect Sher to genuinely kiss Prince on the lips with the way he looks with more love at Prince then he ever will towards Fah? Why do main characters always need to have some toxic, twisted love story? Why did we spend so much time on the photo shoot that no cares about and holds no weight to this show? Why is 44 minutes too long and too short all at once? Why will there never be an answer to any of these questions?

Omg I swear his voice just sounds like that one guy that is ironically called Big boss, but when his chair turns around you see nothing but a scrawny little dude. I couldn't listen to that voice without cringing after knowing what kind of guy he is

Question, I watched up till the end of ep 12 and feel satisfied with how that ended. Would the last 2 eps be worth it or should I just leave it as is?

That's kinda exactly it! I know not everyone would be bothered by it so I did mention it was more of a personal thing because let's be honest it is just something I wanted to mention being really critical of an otherwise amazing show, because you are right it was visible around that mark. But it might be more so in comparison to Eiw's realization which was BEAUTIFUL, I absolutely loved that scene where he realizes it through watching a movie with his sister. Cake just didn't hit the same for me, but maybe that's also because his realization presented itself through extreme jealousy very quickly after coming back and 1 - 2 episodes later they are together. Where as we have seen Eiw go through the emotions, we have watched him not only figure out his feelings but also how he found closure within himself knowing that if all he could be was Cake's friend then that's all he needed in life. Whilst he worked hard to become a better version of himself, one that not only Cake could be proud of, but one that also would enrich his own life :)
But like I said, as I do dissociate quite a bit, even though I binged this 2 days ago I already have gaps in my memory on exactly how things transpire. The slow pace of Eiw actually really helped a lot for someone like me since it allows me time to connect more deeply than throwing me in the deep end like some other shows where it's like: 'they meet and now they sleep together and oops now they have feelings and oh won't you look at that we still have 10 episodes left to turn this into a train wreck' xD They did really well on the build up here

I don't think this comment is fair.. I wouldn't rate this show low. But I think some people might because they like fast tempo shows where most of the romance starts within the first half of the show not the last third. Which is also okay :)
