That is YOUR choice and it is as valid as any other.

It is not going to get much different. There are going be some very sweet moments, and some tear jerking moments, 'heart of gold' moments, male friendship moments, but mostly it is much too sweet about nothing, and more cringe.

Again - rating a drama low because you think it sucks so bad you dropped it, is a valid choice. I mostly don't do it myself, but it is a valid choice. This is not a fan club where everybody is expected to adore the drama. This is an open forum.

Dialogue is more or less the same, but not the whole story line

People have the right and ability to rate each ep or the whole drama regardless. We all are entitled to express our own opinions positive and negative. I don't think it is fare to try to create an artificially high score for any drama than many might find lacking, just because fans like it so much .

I think this was probably one of the worse written dramas I ever watched in any language. I know many love it because it is sweet and WL is sexy, but for me it was a cringefest half of the time. It is a pile up of unbearably cutesy moments, that make no sense! Like when could he possibly find the time to learn to play the guitar while playing 6 events in Asian Games? and WHY do it? The Event thing was just embarrassing to watch. And how did Jiang Yang's son appear out of the blue and old enough to train in pool? What happened to MXD and Lin Lin? and on and on . It is so bad it is impossible even to critique.

The ending was weird. Last scene says 3 years later, but there is what looks like a 5- 6 year old child who turns out to be Jiang Yang's son. When did he get a 6 year old kid? Kid jumps up to Meng Xiao Dong to hug him, who tells him he will respond to his messages if the kid defeats him. Huh? And there is no LinLin in sight.

I think he is 27 in the book at the start of the relationship. Everybody's timelines are kind of weird in. the drama. The coach is 70 in the drama, but 80 in the book. He takes him in when he is 60 years old. LYY leaves him at 16 ? By the time he comes back he is almost 29.

I disagree. Based on everything we know very little. I am not defending him, nor I am accusing him. We simply don't know but we pass judgement. Judge is not admitting what you claim. He is saying when adults are having sex ( and there is no force involved) it is next to impossible to determine with absolute certainty whether it was consensual or not. A says it was not. Maybe , maybe not. He says it was consensual, maybe it, maybe not. He didn't explicitly ask for consent but did she explicitly said NO, I don't want to? we don't know. - It is "he said," "she said."

There is no way to prove it happened against her expressed wishes. She is not a child, she is a grown woman, and it was a date type of situation at her or his home ( I can't remember which). We can suspect anything and everything , it doesn't make it a provable fact. And IF she made it up or exaggerated then she is no innocent. But again we don't know. One judge thought she was not guilty, the appeals judge thought she was guilty. As fas as I am concerned WE don't know one way or the other.

Apparently he was found innocent, and he never admitted to rape. The woman who accused him was found guilty of making false accusations..

No!!. He can create chemistry with a pet rock as someone put it. He was fantastic with Dilbara (whom I personally can't stand), he was exceptional with Zhao Lu Si , he was utterly believable with Zhou Yu Tong. It is called acting. :). Let the man have his own real life. What we see on screen is make believe.

With friend like that who needs enemies. It is a gross violation of friendship. But what the MCs did I think could be illegal on a Tournament, but I am not sure. I know Europe has strong privacy laws. In any case it is just so wrong.

A friend? Who needs enemies with friends like that? It was probably the most uncomfortable scene ever. It was such a despicable thing to do to them, and before she had to compete! I literally gasped.

Is that Barry Lin's enemy or something? And the MCs making their relationship public at the TOURNAMENT without permission ? To put them on the spot like that is just unbelievable. . I get they are sort of public figures ,but it is still a nasty thing to do before she has to compete. I can't imagine that happening in Europe at a tournament at all. Social media does all sort of nasty things violating people's privacy , but don't sport events have rules agains this sort of shit?
