You are absolutely right . but Melting me softly whatever was worse than this ...the King still tolerable because…
I dropped Melting Me Softly. The Romance was odd for me but also the story around the cryo thing was badly told and not interesting enough. Here the romance is like Music Videos clips slotted in the drama. The story was confusing and it is still a bit confusing because of too many details you have to pay attention to. It is annoying to have to rewatch an episode 2 or 3 times before you can keep track of the essential and forget some points that are useless. For me that means the writting is lacking. It is trying to do too many things and lacks of simplicity and clarity. Anyway TKEM has something that MMS does not have: lots of strong and interesting characters who are articulated around the plot in a much better way specially in the latest episodes. I really want to know how things are going to close down for the Lee Gon and Tae Eul but also Luna, Young, Eun Sub, Shin Jae, PM Goo, Na Ri, Jan Michael...
Someone was switched, guess who ? ♩Seem like a lot of viewers were fooled ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I don't think this is Luna.
1. Luna was in ROC already spying JTE and her father buying groceries. Why she would go there just to go back in the KOC as JTE? 2. JTE collapses in her home in sport suit. She awakes in the KOC with the same clothes. I doubt Luna made a switch of clothes. 3. She counts the number of people and her options like a cop. 4. She and the kid look very unfamiliar to each other. Luna knows the kid. 5. She asks the kid "You are in this world too?" Luna back in the KOC for her scheme would not ask that. 6. She asks the kid "Who are you" and "What's going on". Luna would not need to ask these. 7. She does not know her phone is not with her. Luna would know. 8. She did not know she was in the KOC before she sees the road to the palace in Busan. 9. She calls to wish the King happy new year but she is very familiar with him and calls his name. Luna could not know they are so close together. 10. She says "look for me" because she remembers when she called the palace when she was stuck in Seoul, KOC, he found her within minutes with his helicopter. Luna could never know that.
I believe she is JTE and Luna is in the ROC now.
I do not believe Luna was in ROC and then she awakes in KOC and behaves like she has anmesia killing Lee Lim's men just to be rescued by the King. That would would be a terrible act of leading the audience by the writers of the drama.
Can't help thinking about that too especially when he was also holding the sword and slaying them. I guess that's…
I agree there is no reason why the King let this carnage happen. The Kingdom of Korea is a constitutional monarchy with a Prime Minister and a Parliament I guess. The King should not have power of life and death upon the people. This ep. depicted a very dark side of the King and made him look like someone full of his own power.
Episode 11 is my favorite episode so far !!!! I have been watching that ending scene over and over again. Darkside…
I thought he was too ruthless and blood thristy. He did not hesitate to have the thugs in the bookstore executed without summons. During the rescue of Jang Tae Eul, he was slaying merciless when the cops only had telecsopic batons and the thugs had sticks. Lee Lim is the one who slayed his own man with his sword too. Maybe we can expect a final showdown with swords between these two?
The drama is very entertaining with lots of slapstick scenes and nice dialogues, fun and cute scenes and greats actors. But the concept is weird. The Third Princess is making plans to stick at her own script but the characters around her are the script. It feels like she is writing her script while being in the script. In the end it undermines the story and the events that happen. It is like she is breaking the fourth wall existing between her script and her real world (incuding us by association who are watching her). They should just have said she travelled to another world. No reference to her script.
I think the same too so when Seon Jae and Yeon Ho will be around the same age they will remember + they will have…
For me going back in the time does not create a second or third timeline which merge. I hardly can see Sun Jae and Yeon Ho being in their thirties and have souvenirs of two lives. One in which the killer is caught in 1986 and one in which he is caught in 2017 by these two. Kwang Ho returned in 1986 to leave the pen and it altered the flow of events. It cannot be different with his second return to 1986.
can someone clear me after PGH traveled back in the past what happened to MJW?? They didn't cleared whether he…
Logically of PGH returns to the past and catch the MJW of 1986 and lives happily with his wife and kid everything should change. The first time he returned with the pen it influenced the events in 2017. There is no reason after his second return things would not be altered in the timeline too.
Good drama overall. Sometimes the cops are really not bright. It is overly sentimental too. But the plot was properly handled. Regarding time travel the main cop should not have been able to meet his wife again in the past. It changes everything.
Kim Kyung Nam has been so annoying for episode 9 & 10. Causing trouble or blaming to other just because he couldn't…
I agree his character was wasting time these two last ep. but so far he is one of the most interesting character. I worry more about him and Woo Do Hwan's characters than about the King himself.
Although Kang Shinjae is not the main character, it looks like everything revolves around his story now. And I…
He is the most complex character with a dark past and a very complicated life between his step mother and Tae Eul and his psychiatrist... I agree his character is the most interesting one because you ask yourself many questions about him. The King is the opposite. He is the one dimentional almighty boring character. But in my oppinion, Shin Jae is going to turn bad before he redeems himself.
OMG THESE 2 last episodes were daebak, I loooooove all the side characters the main leads separate arcs are good…
I don't think Young will hit on the coffee girl (who is also the owner of the building). He is too much of a resonable and dedicated man to fall for someone from the "other world". And he knows En Sub likes her. He won't be the rival of his own doppleganger.
