Lol, it actually follows how the author wrote a whole bunch of flashback chapters. It's so similar to the webtoon in its narration timeline that it's crazy.🤣
Episode 14 and 15 were fire! As to why electric man managed to keep his job as a bus driver after his stunts, I think it's quite obvious that the NIS took care of this by having an agent in the bus company that keeps an eye on him lol. After 15 episodes, if I could rate this drama 11/10, I definitely would!

Honestly I think he was testing them by giving her this mission. During her first mission Mi Hyun let spies go because she couldn't bear to watch them die in a gruesome way. Doo Shik at that time was just right there looking at what she has done without eliminating her, as he should have done as an agent. As agents, they lacked the ability to obey orders and for a controlling director like him, they could become a threat. The director probably wanted to know if they had a past connection or if there was something hidden behind all of this. He spied on them both at that time. He probably also wanted to tie them emotionnaly together, that way he could hold hostage one of them, mainly Mi Hyun. After guessing that Doo Shik probably had a crush on Mi Hyun during their first meeting, the director wanted Mi Hyun to get closer to him so that he would fall in love with her. Since he was a wild card who did things on his own, the director wanted a hold on him through Mi Hyun.
After watching the 13th episode, I decided to read the webtoon. Actually the storyline of the drama isn't that far from the webtoon. The first chapters are about the kids, followed by the chapters about the parents. Then it becomes a mix both parents and kids. Some characters are missing in the webtoon but it seems that they got created for the drama under the writer's decision.
If the drama goes well, it's possible that a season 2 will be decided. And after reading the ending of the webtoon. I think it's highly needed.
Every scene with the ex gf's brother is a mess from poorly acted, directed and written.
I don't know if it's that poorly written as you said but my blood pressure is suffering from all of this nonsense that this brother brings with him each time he appears.
Episode 10 explains many things as to why the ex gf was so crazy for the ML, which doesn't surprise me. I truly wonder how useless her brother was to protect her. The dude is tall, strong and could have easily taken back the money, that his sister has worked hard to win, from their stupid father but instead he goes all about :
"yeah let's give up your dream to go into university, get out of this toxic family environment and become a strong independant woman who makes her own dream come true. Instead you should focus your dream on your boyfriend so that he would become the prince charming that will save you from misery, let's become a gold digger sista! And give up on your money that your hardly won!"
This dude can stab people, punch them, kidnap and threaten young woman, but he couldn't even man up against a sneaky old man that shouldn't even be called a father? ! There's no law in this country to protect children from their abusive parents or what? Isn't that guy an adult, if they have a father addicted to gambling, send him to an institute or have him arrested! If this was another drama, this kind of character that plays the father would have been so much horrible, that they would have easily killed their own kid and sell their organs to some dark organisation because of the money.
I just want to see a fight between the FL's father and that crazy brother. Axe man vs backstabbing bit$$$. Just whoop his ass please. Oh earlier, I wished to see the exgf even if she showed up as a ghoul or a zombie. I guess my wish came true. >.> I don't know where this is going.

It's a love square. Both FL&ML have a SFL and SML pursuing them.
But SML and SFL will probably end up with someone else, some characters are interested in them. Honestly when I think of love triangle I think more of SML &ML both pursuing FL than anything else. Twilight has done a good job at popularizing that trope Team Jacob vs Team Edward. It's often the case in dramas too and even more in shoujo mangas lol.

It depends on if the SFL has the same love interest as the FL or not. When they don't share same love interest, some SFL are written in a very decent way, even eclipsing sometimes the FL. But when they have same love interest yup they are portrayed like real bit$$$. I can't explain it.
