Well it's not as if being cautious stops me from enjoying the drama. Imho, I guess being cautious means that you should be analyzing things and evaluate the potential results but you don't give a final opinion until you see the final result.
The same way that I usually don't rate a drama until its final episode but I spend my time analyzing the storyline for each episode to guess how it will unfold.

My thanks ^^, I wrote it in one go. I didn't like King the Land, both FL and ML seemed unprofessional in their jobs, I would have fired them if I could. I just felt it was like a copy paste from some shoujo mangas I used to read as a kid.

I dropped King the Land at the 4th or 5th episode so I won't be able to tell. Actually it reminds me of the case of Extraordinary Attorney Woo, each episode focused on a specific case then suddenly the later episodes decided to focus on that secret mother-daughter drama thing because it didn't have anytime to develop on it in the earlier episodes, even though it was hinted on a few times. The characters had no development at all and everything was rushed in a mess.
The risk for My Lovely Liar is that they showed many different characters with many different subplots to the point that it could be easy to lose focus on them in the later episodes, creating plotholes at the end.
The main storyline is quite fuzzy at this point and it needs clarity for the next episodes. I'm not against having lots of characters in a drama but the risk is that at the end if it's not handled well, you have a big mess with lots of plotholes. Like let's take a look at the list of characters with subplots there are: -the ML's mom with her political job and hiding that her son is in Korea to everyone -the FL's mom hysterical messy life -where's the FL's dad btw? I guess some people are getting annoyed by all those subplots which hinder the main storyline and its main plot to the point that it seems there's literally no main plot at all. It gives a fuzzy narration for the story.
I have to admit that the story should focus a bit more on the main plot with the FL helping the ML on that murder mystery, because the romance subplots with that singer gal, that cop dude or the goofy driver are a bit too much at a time, not to mention the subplots with the annoying side characters like the moms, the neighbors or the songwriter.
It was ok for the first episodes to develop and present the characters and their backgrounds, but now let's focus on the main thing.
What I got from this drama is that the gals are batshit crazy and have abandonement issues, and that the ML is Cha Eun Woo's secret brother. Those stiff cheeks are clearly similar. I think they lack some muscles in their cheeks that's why it seems pretty stiff on their face. Not that I mind his acting, he's ok, I'm just scientifically interested by this phenomenon.
Oh yeah what's the big deal for the FL to hide she's a shaman or some psychic? Her cafe is literally called " Tarot Cafe". I even think they are clearly amateurs at portraying tarot card readers. Then yup maybe that terminology has changed its original meaning along the years but its original sense still comes back sometimes. Crazy fans have a tendency to react violently on those kind of news. And it's because of those fans that simple news of dating somebody become called a " scandal".
Let's just wish new couples the best. Que sera, sera, whatever will be, will be. The future's not ours to see.
I've got to say, that gal Jisoo has good taste. Bo Hyun looks like a real teddy bear you wanna hug. Since I listened to her song Flower I have to admit I quite like her style of music and of fashion. I wish them the best, they make a wonderful couple! :D
Good drama, I rated it 9. Some parts were a bit boring but it was a good watch. Loved the fight and comic scenes. That Meow Meow guy was hella funny. Bullying is bad people. This drama shows that when you let a problem grow, it can lead to tragedy.

Actually I'm not that much bothered by them, but I have to admit that their characters's role is mainly staying silent, looking at a fixed point and doing small talk here and there. I don't think they are really well exploited and explored. The drama should make them more involved in the main plot. They should be more active in the plot to help more the FL and ML.
One thing I have to say, the FL's father may be a complete j*rk but the actor who plays him is quite the good actor. The quick change of facial expressions was impressive. I have to say I like the acting in this drama.
What I would criticize in the later episodes is the pacing. There's less tension than I expected, a bit more action would be better.
Of course they had to be rich ladies and rich lords in their previous lives lol. It's the same trope, fairytale like. I would love if they made a reincarnation lovestory about 2 farmers who get reincarnated. I watched so many dramas with the same trope.
And her dad was her killer in her past life. That's karmic relationship classical.
