I find it interesting that you're a fan of melos! I don't know how you do it. I find them too emotionally exhausting! But I see you have Padam Padam as one of your favs & that's one of my favs from the genre. It was my first k-drama. I loved it ... but the ending! :)

I read and liked your review of I Summon You, Gold. Seems like you're not the only one who hates it. A lot of people are disappointed. It's been officially removed from my list.
Should we go for Live in Style? The synopsis sounds good, perhaps a tad more interesting than Rascal Sons, imo. When do you want to start?
There goes another drama I won't be able to watch because of Ha Ji-won...
My dear Lumi, I'm sure ms Ha Ji-won is a lovely woman, but since I don't know her personally I don't care about who she is off screen. All I can judge her by is her acting & I think it sucks. I've seen her in enough movies (& feel I understand enough the craft of acting) to be justified in my judgement of her talent or rather ... lack thereof. I know this is not a popular opinion, but I'm entitled to it. Hope that's okay with you, madame.
I don't like his smile. Don't get the hype.
Actor with good potential, but didn't quite hit the mark for me in Can You Hear My Heart.

Bunny, I see you've gotten quite far with Mother. How are you liking it? This is a drama I definitely want to watch. Just waiting for the right mood to pick it up. In your opinion does it deserve the hype?

So sorry! I'm such a jellyhead! Overwork, chronic insomnia & a host of minor health issues make me a little forgetful.
Ok so last time we spoke we were trying to decide on a long drama we both wanted to watch. You rec'ed the following:
Feast of the Gods 32eps
Ja Myung Go 39ep plus (hyunso's in it)
Gloria 50eps
Unexpected you 58eps (this i really wanna see)
Smile Dong Hae (i'll give you updates on this one
Family Honor 54ep
Heaven's Garden 30 (Saw the beginning of ep 1 on viki looks good)
On this list I've only seen Unexpected You (didn't like it). I checked out the others & the only one I might be interested in watching is Smile, Dong Hæ which you've already started. How is it by the way? Is it still any good? The other dramas don't really appeal to me.
Here's my revised list. Check these out & see if any are of interest:
Ugly Alert (120 ep, 40 mins runtime per ep)
If Tomorrow Comes (51 eps)
Rascal Sons (50 eps)
Live in Style (51 eps)
My Daughter Soyoung (50 eps) - this is perhaps the one I'd be least interested in watching right now, but if you look at it & you really, really, really want to watch it let's do it.
Just finished up Can You Hear My Heart last night (it was 50/50), about to resume Golden Empire which I've heard nothing but good things about. I see you're watching several things at once, what's holding your attention the most?
