I had a look at Ooku & yup sounds good, but the role reversal thing might be a hit or miss for me. I usually prefer my heroes to be badass. If you watch it before me, let me know how it goes.
By the way, I LOVED Chunhyang & The Servant, but for different reasons. I loved Chunhyang for both it's story & technical achievement. The direction was unique & interesting. The Servant had an amazing hero who I absolutely fell in love with. The story remains similar (though not same) to Chunhyang, but takes on a more mature tone. Hope you like both.

Hey, you seem to be good at how posting stuff on your profile. Can you tell me how the formatting works? How do I remove excessive space to achieve a uniformed look & how do I post collages to my profile?

Hello. Thx for the request. I see we have a few movies & dramas in common. What genres do you like best?

Yeah, I'm thinking something Japanese should do. I had a look at Hanayome to Papa, looks cute. For me it will probably be Princess' Man, City Hunter or Lovers in Prague. We'll see.

I have no comment. Just keep watching.
No ... I'll say one thing. He is cognizant of the fact that changes will occur in the future, he just never anticipated the twist of fate that's in store for him. At it's core the twist is rather simple & should not have been a big deal ... in the grand scheme of things. But therein lies the brilliance of the plot, imo. One small mistake, the effects of which become even more pernicious because his stakes in the outcome are stacked so high (though he doesn't realize this at first).
I see you completed Love in the Forlorn City & gave it a 7. I wondered how that's possible when it's marked as still airing? Are where did you watch it? It sounds good, but very melo. Is it?

LOL, you're assuming that just because I'm in my 30s I'm old. No, I'm not. I'm young too! ;)
I liked her in Can We Get Married. Very elegant actress.

Omg, GREAT choice! The romance here is almost perfect! And I'm soooo in love with Sun Woo. Gosh, that man is fine!
The story is also good. I thought the time travel was much better here than in Queen in Hyun's Man where nothing made sense & the writers broke all of their own rules. Here the story follows a fairly logical & consistent thread. I still need to watch the final episode. I've been dreading it because I don't want to face certain events. I think you will like this.

By the way, I made a mistake. It should be:
Gloria (Chile)

That letterbox site is amazing! I watched a lot more films in 2013 than I realized. Here are my top favourite fiction flicks:
Like Father, Like Son (Japan)
Heli (Mexico)
Wadjda (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
Wajma (Afghanistan)
Gloria (Mexico)
Sleepless Night (South Korea)
A Place Beyond the Pines (USA)
Honourable Mention:
The Patience Stone (Afghanistan)
- this is actually a 2012 release, but I saw it in 2013. It's amazing!
I also saw Gravity which many people have listed as one of the best films of the year. I don't get it. Whilst the picture features stunning cinematography, the story is paper thin and I've seen many actresses play this role before. If I had to rate it, it would get 7/10 because being a technical masterpiece isn't enough. I need to be entertained & intellectually stimulated as well.

I have seen neither & don't plan to, but I can now put face to name. I think I'm going to pass on Generation of Youth. I don't like anything having to do with youths.

We're not writing reviews for the Hollywood Reporter on this site. Just write what you liked about the thing and I'm sure it'll be helpful to somebody. I'll probably watch this soon, although I just came off a similar drama about love & marriage. Were there any good kisses in this drama?
