This drama keeps getting better, I hope they keep up the momentum. A little here a little there but you feel deeply when it's gone. I'm grateful for the lineup of actors and the writing. This is far from the average costume drama.

Maturity wise, I've noticed she always turns up the cute stuff whenever shifu is around bcoz of their age gap.

In terms of leading beside YM, I'm afraid this pairing cannot hold a candle. It's not his fault there's the plot and his character set up. The characters MC and ER played were far more interesting.

I meant Haishi's escape where she sets a fire, she says the locks were deliberately left open but they were locked when the guy that brought the poisoned food left and there was another guard after who wasn't collaborating with them, he was the one who left the lock open.

The logic behind the prison escape in episode 15 is lacking, can someone clarify?

A majority of douban users themselves are perplexed. To rate this drama 5.0 is it to imply that it's actually worse than the legendary flop a.k.a Legend of fei earlier this year or the legend of xiao chou? Or it's just slightly better than a female student arrives at the imperial college? At the very least this drama deserves a 6.5. The admin should start looking into it or the credibility of douban will drop even further than it already has in my eyes. Looking at the comments rating one star they are all short and don't give any credible reason for their rating yet they get up to 4500 upvotes isn't it just ridiculous?

Tell that to the hypocritical users on jaynestar. She put on a high school uniform and nobody mentioned filters or editing but when it comes to YM they're always saying she's got on a ton of makeup. Hello! Who's this unfiltered beauty then who's definitely aging backwards

Lol, I see a lot of articles on lujuba, inf.news and min.news distorting the truth. They even say concerning the PS dissing incident that YM should apologize to her. Go to YouTube, immediately after YM's new endorsements were announced there's a ridiculous channel called Lasee daily always comparing YM's worst pictures to her best then proclaims her a fashion icon. These things make my jaw drop to the floor when I see them and the worst part is her fans just swallow the whole thing hook, line and sinker. It's really embarrassing.
