I'm a fan of YM but i'm honestly enjoying the drama so far.

Since this drama started i haven't looked at her as an older woman, the more people mention it the less credible it sounds, it's just me, truthfully. I'm aware of her age in real life but she has really fallen into character, it's almost the same as Zhang Zi Yi in rebel princess though ZZY is much older, ofc it's just my opinion.

Legend of Fuyao has the best OST for me as for this one not really as haunting.

The oath of love isn't out yet, but the popularity is even more insane than all the dramas that came out this year combined minus TLB and YAMG, you can check the MDL page. The same for other popular dramas that haven't aired, immortal samsara,etc. I know the popularity is not on the same level with TLB, The main attraction of that drama was Dilraba who is currently hot in China now. The same thing for Yang Zi , Xiao Zhan,etc. People feel that these actors are more suitable to watch currently. So even if it's a drama about sitting at a table and laughing at each other the broadcast volume will be explosive and general popularity too. YM is no longer at that age, her works have to be actually good to watch and you can add the support of her fans who are no longer young and as active and subtract the involvement of antis. To be able to top the traffic of Xiao Zhan and Yang Zi with her traffic alone (coz none of the other actors are as high in popularity as she is) is not average at all. But on an international scale, YM has not had any explosive projects since 2018, the new generation has arrived so the popularity cannot be the same.

It's the Bazaar charity night event, YM and WC walked in together and YM almost tripped but WC supported her.

I don't know about the other lists. But on weibo influence ranking this drama is up against oath of love and other hot dramas, to be able to sit at number 1 for several hours seems to be quite huge.

The ratings on MDL are reasonable, you can see reasonable gap between one or the other, except for these recent batch of popular idol dramas. A site that can be said to rate too high is Viki.

When it comes to dramas starring idols douban cannot be trusted. There are many marketing accounts paid to downvote or upvote and then there are also biased users there. Just bcoz they rate every drama low cannot be considered as high standards and doesn't make them credible. Compared to douban, IMDb is a reasonable site free of bias and immaturity.

It's already number one on datawin and vlinkage. It's been flunctuating between one and two on weibo influence.

This is simply one of the best dramas to come out this year and judging by the reaction of some extreme antis it simply makes sense that there are some haters involved, most of these accounts are new and they came here exclusively to down vote. I don't care anymore as far as I'm enjoying it nothing else matters.
