Wow, cyber bullying has now become misplaced with "personal opinions"
So let me get this straight, you think YM is being a bad role model for something that you think/strongly believe you know, but you don't think you are are bad role model to young internet users for spreading information about another human being which no matter how strongly you believe you cannot support with solid, irrefutable evidence?
Hi.What is a Jaywalk drama ??I love all the actors and actresses in this drama.Should I watch it ??!!
Depends on your preferences. The plot doesn't really have a neckbreaking pace or any interesting factors like you see in secret agent dramas, it's more on the slicey side and the romance isn't really center focus, you can read the reviews to get a better grip.
Side topic, am watching Court Lady in between waiting, it’s pretty refreshing and good
I'm sure by the time I'm done with rebel Princess, court lady will have gotten midway and will be getting fair reactions, I also love liyitong and Xu Kai so until then, tnx for the reply.

I made the mistake of classifying court lady among dramas of a more serious genre so I was hurt to find out it was a romcom. I'm planning to watch a lighter drama after rebel Princess but the last time I checked it was 50 episodes, and 50 episodes is a dangerous journey to embark on for a romcom. So I'm wondering how good it is so far.
I think this is more about personal growth of the characters, rather than politics, they are shown just enough…
I find it difficult to see this drama from that perspective, because when you compare it with other dramas that fit your description like the story of minglan (I mean comparing the ratio of politics to character development) the politicking in this drama is way more and it even has a dominant war tag. That aside, for a drama focused on character development, the emotions, motives and thought processes are not emphasized or made clear enough to classify among other dramas in that genre. For me this drama has fallen low into the class of dramas like I will never let you go, so I can't continue, maybe I'll pick it up some other day during my next drama drought.
You are comparing apple and orange. These two drama are 2 poles apart on storyline. It's not a political drama.…
I'm not comparing the two dramas, if you read my post clearly you'd see that I mentioned that I was catching episodes of this drama in between bingeing rebel Princess which just emphasized the flaws of this drama and this was a major reason for dropping it, not in the sense that they are comparable.
For a political drama or a drama trying to integrate a political plotline, this drama is too focused on giving viewers a piece of their faves rather than developing the plotline, making the political scope too narrow. The MC herself is too shallow minded to be carrying the show, add bad writing and fair to decent acting, you get a half baked character. If I try to look at it from a romantic point of view, the MCs are not working for me. Maybe it has to do with the fact that the development is too tropey and I'm not feeling "the zing". It doesn't help that I'm trying to catch episodes in between bingeing something as masterfully crafted and detailed as the rebel Princess. So I guess this is a drop.
