Person Yang Mi
doesn't she own the company? I thought she was the CEO upon reading some comments a few years ago
Yang Mi actually started that company but overtime her shares were diluted and she lost management rights. She promoted the artists there for so many years especially Dilraba but she couldn't make core decisions over their development route.

Zhang Yunlong said "She's not the boss but she's someone that helped us a lot."

Overtime I guess the company's direction separated from her vision and eventually lost so many artists and also hindered her own development. Now she says she's going to start over again. Really she doesn't lack the ability (resources) or determination to.

Take that haters! That's totally a slap in the face to some people! YM haters are either paid antis, or stupidly…
Yes Yang Mi played popular supporting roles in the past like condor heroes and schemes of a beauty. And she never made a big deal over second billing even when she was so popular like the great craftsman and swords of legend so she has a right to speak. It's not Yang Mi's fault if some people lack reading comprehension and say stupid things.

It was nice to see directors, producers, colleagues and big official media accounts stand behind her.

LoL some rival fandoms came to make fun of Yang Mi today about her second billing in "Ha er bin 1944". In the end they were slapped in the face by Yang Mi's confidence in her ability or at least her determination to try.

Yang Mi today:
"What can impress an actor should be a good script, a good role, a good partner, and a good team. The first task of an actor is character creation, each role has its own seat, and each role has a meaning of existence. In this era, if it is gold, it will not be covered up, and the order of the row of names should make way for the characters."

Yang Mi has been praised for initiating a stand against billing wars. Hopefully other actors will follow the lead.

"...the order of the row of names should make way for the characters"😆

Angelababy's acting has improved a lot, at least for an idol. I believe a costume drama is the best platform to show that. I believe she'll have some charm in that area and people can put down a lot of their reservations against her.

That's definitely not what happened in this drama. Each of the women characters had distinct personalities with…
To be honest I haven't seen a single episode. I searched through several episodes and didn't glimpse a single woman so I backed out. If anyone can convince me that there's at least one female character whose realm of influence isn't just a convenient means to fold events for a dominant male character then I can give it a try.

The first few episodes were meh but the latter episodes had a lot of heavy scenes and packs the whole essence of the show. It's not important who won in the end coz what's important is that the two characters were able to make it back to the ring

Fake rumors to instigate fanwars. It was Angelababy that was approached. Ever since terminating her contract with Versace, luxury brands have been staying away from her.

Uhm I don't know if you think I'm saying Ye Hua didn't make mistakes, missing the entire point. Either way, I maintain that Ye Hua is a well written character and I think that's what's important. Human beings take risks everyday and just because something might not end well does not mean it should never have happened. Have a nice day and please remember to use spoiler tags 🙂

There's nothing wrong with green flags in real life but they're too stereotyped in writing especially in cdramas. Green flags and Red flags, I enjoy watching both but they have to be 3D. secondly the reason Si Feng lied is the same reason Ye Hua lied, so if you think Ye Hua is selfish, then Si Feng is even more selfish given the circumstances. I'm not trying to tell you what to like, I'm just trying to point out that Ye Hua tried to approach love in a logical way as opposed to his uncle who was sentimental and almost got himself and his love killed. That should be the reason you don't believe he cared about her, though he was carrying a lot of burden. If you really think about it, it was wrong but there was no other way. You might have been expecting him to react in a more natural way but his circumstances were never natural, that's what I'm trying to say. Except you think he should never have approached SuSu though I don't think she would agree. And I don't see anything flawed about the ancient white haired Dijun, who only cares about the heavenly realm and cannot fall in love.

So i am at epi 20 and I am here to rant. I have never seen a more irresponsible male lead in my life. Ye Hua knew…
Ye Hua's entire life has always been about responsibility. It was a role he was forced into and he has always been rigid and calculating about it. It was never something he wanted, He just didn't know he didn't want it. If you eat one thing your entire life you don't know it's not your favorite food. He's never understood or been allowed to receive any kind of love. So I don't think it's unrealistic that when he fell in love he approached his relationship in the calculating and rigid manner he approached everything else with. He always planned to take care of/be with Su Su but his plans were too logical and self sacrificing. After all who wouldn't be happy when someone else takes 70% of your punishment and never bothers you about it. Everything he did showed his limited understanding. It's a character flaw and personally I prefer watching flawed and 3D to righteous and unrealistic. Si Feng's character to me was forced and pretentious. Apples and oranges.

Popular actresses also started from scratch and played many supporting roles e.g Yang Mi. They were able to shine in those small opportunities and got leading roles. If a good actress is not getting leading roles then she doesn't have the screen presence.
