I really enjoyed the way U Ju and Me Ri interacted in episode four; it was incredibly gentle. ๐ญโค๏ธTheir personalities complement each other perfectly. Plus, her mother's adorable karma dance was adorable! ๐
I'm so happy he is back! Navillera is a masterpiece, and I would love to see him in another tear-jerker; he truly left me in awe watching that one. โค๏ธ
Half way through the first episode and Iโm already lost with all these character names Phurit, Phraphai, Phana,…
As a viewer with dyslexia, I was really in a tug-of-war with my screen. I kept smashing the pause button, trying to figure out why they all had the same letter. I thought maybe the ones with the P were the merfolk, but that theory sank faster than a lead balloon. I didn't bother reading a series description or checking out the character names before i started watching so i was really confused. ๐ญ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
This should help :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bm-X_nluG8w It is still unclear to me why the characters look…
To be honest, the second death hit me even harder than the first one because, during this whole time, both of them were still doing right by their people before meeting a heroic fate. What hurts me even more is how well they complemented each other's ambitions. They were a couple of few words yet understood one another perfectly. They supported each other through everything, were so tender with one another, and then they passed away in each other's arms, which completely shattered me. Even though they may not have reached the general in time, the army they secretly helped fund accomplished their mission. Their unwavering loyalty to their cause and the love they held for the people loyal to them remained true. They are, without a doubt, my favorite pair in the entire story. I'm just so frustrated that we didn't get to witness a kiss; they were so close, yet the writers denied us that moment right until the very end.
The writers have me deceased right now. They truly had this guy leave all the clues that could point to him as the mastermind just lying around for Yi Ren to stumble upon. There's absolutely no way I'm allowing the writers to win this one. I mean, the mask that confirms he took out The Great King is just casually resting on the desk, The Thousand-Faces Mask is literally tucked away in the desk drawer, and was that his hit list?! You really can't make this stuff up. ๐ ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
Kaiyan doesn't care at all; he's like, so what if you find out? It's still not going to alter my grandmaster plan, omg, lmao. ๐
I've always thought the trope of "nobody loves me, so Iโll become a murderer" is quite unappealing. However, with Kaiyan's ability to change his appearance, it adds depth to the narrative; he can literally take on anyone's identity! Now, I'm engaged in a complex mental chess match, attempting to piece together every crucial moment that has influenced the broader story, right down to the tiniest interactions Kaiyan has had with his siblings and Xueyu.
Currently, Yi Ren is striving to build alliances with anyone who might help him restore the honor of the Huanhua Sect, as well as his own, which has been sullied by the perception that he is a traitor. I can't help but wonder who started that rumor? *coughs*. Anyone he encounters could be Kaiyan, manipulating events from the shadows. I'm not justifying his actions, as he has undoubtedly fueled the resentment and jealousy directed at his younger brother. Yet, it's difficult to determine how long his brother has been instilling these notions, persuading him that Qui Shui is the root of all their family's issues. It wouldn't be shocking to think he began planting these negative ideas in Yi Ren's mind even before their parents passed away, dropping hints and observing his brother's jealousy grow. I wouldn't be surprised if Kaiyan's ultimate ambition is to rise as the Emperor of Da Xi. He has already succeeded in infiltrating the Power Sect. I will be disappointed if Liu Suifeng fails to identify the impostor Li Chen Zhou, yet again. lol
I mean Xueyu isn't technically blood related to him, Kai Yan parents are her adopted/god parents so they're not…
I didn't perceive it as incest, but the fact that she has been with them since childhood and has been referring to him as her brother in my eyes makes them siblings. If she had merely been taken in by them and they were just friends, that would be an entirely different situation. I understand your point, but personally, I still found it uncomfortable to watch.
Not Kaiyan hitting on his own sister ... first eww!๐คฎ Second that was so random! Was he that desperate to think he could manipulate Xueyu into doing what he wanted? I love how she just shot him down, like, 'No bro, you're just family.' ๐๐ญ
