Totally agree and I’m usually swooned by the SML. I just don’t care for him in the drama. He is so annoying. I hope he won’t cause trouble to the lead couple.

I have to say as someone who always suffers from second lead syndrome, I’m surprised that I don’t care for the second lead at all. I just actually want him to disappear from the drama. I think it’s due to how good they were able to present the ML. I don’t mean the ML is good and perfect. It’s about his story, history, character or double character. He was able to take all my sympathy. Great drama so far. It’s too bad it’s underrated.

It’s based on real history. So, it’s not that they can change a lot of things. I personally liked it

Totally agree. I really hope that the show will be more about her own journey. I don’t want romance with such ML or give us awesome SML that she can end up with. Any romance between this ml and her is just so stupid.

Good grief! I don’t know where to start with this disgusting and trash of a story! Is this what love come down to now! If dramas are that bad can we blame the reality when women are still fall for such men and think it’s love and end up dead in the end. There is nothing well intended here nor any love. It’s a drama about a disgusting man who stakes a woman in the worst possible way, use his money and connections to manipulate people, medical records etc.., and we supposed to be ok with it and consider it love!!!! The write is crazy for sure. Can’t believe it’s rated 7.6! Are people serious to give it even a 1.

Well maybe many of us are sick and tired from abusive and awful ml being shown as romantic and loving.

They were dating since the drama starts. Then, the separate. ML lose memory and FL starts dating SML. It’s one of the strange melodrama we’re everyone is not really good and you don’t really know if you root for any of them.

Most Asian dramas are about 2 very different and opposite people as main leads. Only very few dramas are about people with similar personalities. I mean the concept is so old and over used it’s in no way new. No offence to ur liking the dramas or liking the use of such different/opposite personalities trope, but it’s definitely over used and not something new.

Not sure after the male lead was canceled or being a rapist. But I heard that they are trying to reshoot with a new actor as the ml. Hopefully it’s true. Im tuned in for the story as it looks interesting.

Waw seriously that is just disgusting! Can you leave them alone! If you don’t care for the acting of any of them JUST DON’T EFFING WATCH. So over many of you putting female actress down and treating male actors as gods! Pretty disgusting!

She is considered a big star in South Korea as well as internationally, I doubt they will say anything to her. I also never seen this much criticism for her. When she was in descendants of the sun, she was seen as a great actress and a big star.

I’m just stating the facts about the ratings. You are the person who seemed worked up over it. I actually haven’t watched world of the married too. But the fact that even if you and I don’t care. This is a South Korean show targeting mostly South Korean people and it will have effects whether positive or negative on the staff and actors. Actors of word of the married and penthouse became overnight sensation in South Korea due to the popularity of those shows. What I’m saying here is common sense stuff and no hate intended for anyone.

The main point if people wanted to watch it in South Korea it will be getting more ratings not less. The fact that it’s on Disney + doesn’t mean much as it’s not a popular platform in South Korea such as Netflix. Drama can be about youth and still get high rating such as replay. I can understand that it disappoints you, but objectively this one is not doing well in South Korea.

The red sleeves was 12.8 for Christmas Eve which is exactly the same rating it got for last week episode. And Christmas Day the rating got up to 14.8. While snowdrop got 1.9 for Christmas even and went down to 1.7 on Christmas Day. Hope it’s clears what I said.

It’s Christmas surly, but the red sleeve that is being broadcasted at the same days got it highest rating so far. It was around 15% while this dropped to 1.7%. Jbtc can rake in ratings too if people are interested in their dramas and the world of the married is an example (got to around 25%). Jbtc hoped that the controversy will get them high ratings and I think South Koreans proved them wrong. They gambled and apparently lost. While the fl wont be affected as she is a member in black pink. This might have negative effects on other actors unfortunately.

It’s actually really bad for a weekend drama even in jtbc. Just check their rating for world of the married.

What rating? It was 3 something last week and it’s down to 1.9 today in South Korea. That’s actually really really bad for a weekend drama.
