Are you watching it on On Demand Korea? The Play Store App is supposed to have an English option, but it doesn’t.…
I actually didn’t mind once I got used to the small screen….it was like watching it on your phone. The captions were done by Drama Fever, so were excellent……and as I have YT Premium, no commercials and the resolution was 1080. Thanks for the link. 💜

I just finished it. BTW, it’s not on Kiss or Dramacool. I watched the half screen posts on YT. However, he didn’t post the last episode, a crime worth beheading. LOL.
This was a really great series. So many of the older KDramas are no longer available to watch anymore, it is so sad.
This one was worthy of being put in the same category as Haechi or Empress Ki.
I watched the last episode on ODK….no subs but it’s an easy episode to figure out what is happening.

I was using only Server 1 and 2. I rechecked this morning and it won’t let me in at all and now I am getting a message from Apple saying I have been hacked. I tried accessing both from iOS and Android.
I did however, find most of the episodes on YT although they just did a screen shot recording, its only 1/4 screen - LOL…..but I may do that and just hang a washcloth over the rest of the screen which has annoying ads. Thanks for trying to help me. Appreciate it.

😭😭😭😭. Such a good series…..but I got to E4 and it said I had to disable ad blocker to continue watching. So I downloaded a browser that I would just use for that site. Then it just wanted to show me continuous porno ads….so I guess I don’t get to see the rest of Maids.

Thank you so much. I am actually really mad. I paid for a subscription to ODK only to find they don’t offer English subs for Maids and actually, less than 1% of their content has English subs…so they are running a scam saying there are English subs for their site. On top of that even with the standard subscription you have to watch 10 commercials in a two hour movie.
But I digress 😎.
For the most part, MDL is an endless stream of hate posts, but every once in awhile you run across a decent kind person.
Have a great day 💜

One of the biggest reasons I started watching Kdrama back in 2007-2008 was because of the uniqueness of Korean…
Subs are getting lazy. The subs now are a five rating compared to being a ten years ago before KDramas became so popular mainstream globally. I am deaf. Now it’s almost impossible to find OST subtitles…..music, especially Korean OST is half the story of a plot.
I get frustrated when series like Weak Hero take forever to be completed. Here it is years later and we still don’t know what happens. Now, I don’t watch something if it looks like, even in the beginning, it’s heading to a second season.
I am watching more CDramas now than KDramas. Few of the KDramas are the quality of My Dearest. I do enjoy good, well acted rom coms…..I loved King the Land even though it was silly….because I can’t just watch heart wrenching dramas continuously, it makes me too anxious.
We need more KDramas that are the quality of CDramas like War of Faith or Lost Identity. CDramas also, as far as I am concerned, are top notch when it comes to SWAT type series……I can watch those forever.

i think this show just sold me onto rowoon…
Rowoon can just stand on an empty stage and talk for two hours and I won’t miss a second. His real personality always shines forth like a giant flashlight of cuteness.

Most outstanding albeit heartbreaking series I have ever watched. Based on the true story of the Japanese 731 biochemical weapons programs starting just before and thru WW2; it gives us a Birds Eye view of just a small part of the atrocities that the Japanese inflicted upon the Chinese, but also anyone else that was fighting against them, including many Russians.
I cannot imagine, in my wildest moments how the ones experimented on were able to endure the things done to them and it is no surprise many went insane.
It is estimated that roughly a half million Chinese died directly or indirectly thru the torture inflicted upon them which included amputation without anesthesia, vivisection, organ harvesting, bio weapon injections, and they even blew people up in hyperbaric chambers.
Women were systematically raped to produce children the Japanese could experiment on.
None of the inmates survived…and that included children and women.
At the end of the war any one still alive was killed.
To say the actors, all of them, did a stellar job, is an understatement.
I thank each and every one of the cast and those involved in the production for your painstaking work and attention to detail.
Anyone who really thinks that the KMT did not involve themselves in these atrocities certainly has not read any relevant history.
I am so grateful for these series coming out like this one and War of Faith that seeks to remind us not to be complacent…..history often repeats itself.

TBH, I only finished it because of Bo Gums stellar performance. I didn't find the film confusing, just a boring lackluster script......feel sorry for the cast....they didn't have much to work with

the world of bl has so much to offer, and there's always room for more
It's hard finding BL dramas that have a good script. I dump ten for every one I end up watching. Most of them seem to be made just to show sex scenes or for young audiences. So far my favorite is the one Johnny Huang made which we never got to see the end of. Watching You are Mine.......seriously cute as all get out 😅. I feel like you do, we need some good scripts and actors like Ok to take this from novelty to some serious adult height.

When I was watching the series I called him "psychopath in the making" and a "genius" when he lied to his father,…
I don’t disagree. However, I think that was evidence of Masterful writing by the scriptwriter. Depending on your focus, the plot can change 180. And isn’t real life like that?
Often when a case is solved, the outcome changes 10 years down the line when new evidence comes into view.

I honestly think that this article is the result of too much overthinking.Yes, Yan Liang showing up at the school…
When Dong Shang and Yan Liang are fighting on the ship he clearly says to Yan Liang that he took her to the hospital…and later Chen tells Chao Yang that Pu Pu is doing fine and is by Xins side and his surgery was successful.
However, that is the fairy tale ending.
But if you look at other clues instead, it points to everyone dying.
That is the Mastery of the writer. It is woven so perfectly and smoothly that you can choose whatever ending you want without feeling you made a mistake.

Actually the police talked about that. I had thought maybe she committed suicide because she was pretty screwed up as a person….but the police said if she took a certain drug with the drugs she was already taking, her blood sugar would drop low enough to kill her.
All of that would have been exacerbated by her swimming in the cold ocean.
So, although we see her husband holding a pill in his hands, and we are led to believe he changed his mind…..obviously he didn’t.
