The angst….not too bad, it was easily resolved. They have tiffs but they’re not big ones and the ML has always loved the FL constantly and never hid his feelings from her no matter what. It was worth watching.

I just remembered this one is a no-break up drama, although somebody please correct me if I remembered it wrong. It’s been years since I’ve seen this. Just a heads up, though, the ML was a playboy before he got married to the FL. He had been interested in the FL for a long time but she barely knew him plus she had a boyfriend already, until he managed to trap her into marrying him so she can save her palace. His family, although not of high nobilty, is very wealthy. He also got help from his sister, who hatched up a plan to get the FL’s boyfriend away and clear the path for her brother. Don’t worry, even if the FL is blue-blooded/royal, the drama has a modern-day setting. And the ML turned his back on other women once he got the FL. I kind of felt slightly sorry for the discarded mistress (SFL) though, but she also did bad things because of her desperate obsession for the ML. He did treat her shabbily and was a heartless jerk who just abandoned her when he saw that he finally have some hope and opportunity to marry the girl of his dreams (FL). It has a flawed ML but with the FL he was totally in love, possessive, protective, caring, generous, faithful, and devoted (hence the title of the drama is Samee, meaning Husband). I guess it depicts the comparison of how differently some men treat the women they truly love and the ones they just play around with. So I don’t know if this might be something you would watch, but the couple never broke up here as far as I remember.
It’s hard to remember the exact episode, I know they got into an arranged or contractual marriage earlier on, but they just sort of drifted into a real relationship not long after they got married. The ML was definitely ensnared by the FL by Episode 5. I recall a scene when the FL provoked the girl who liked the ML by dangling a sliced carrot in her mouth and feeding it directly to the ML while she leaned over him. He looked like he was hypnotized when he stretched his head up to take a bite and they were almost almost a bite away from kissing while the other girl looked on angrily. Being a normal red-blooded male, ML had been trying to consummate their marriage but the FL is a big tease so it did take a while before the ML got what he wanted. The good thing about this couple is that they don’t fall for the antagonists’ traps easily, rather they are the ones who try to create traps for them instead, even pretending to break up to deceive others. So if I recall correctly, they had pretty good husband and wife teamwork.
Are you asking about Nang Ai? They met in an exclusive, private Catholic school for girls abroad where the FL was a high school student there and the ML was one of the youngest consuls assigned at some embassy or consulate. ML started to have feelings for the FL first but did not act on it because she was just a high school girl. But you would notice that he can’t seem to stand other guys hovering around the FL, and as she was a bit on the mischievous side, he sometimes acted like a stern older brother around her but would also be pretty involved in her life and would watch out for her as well. He pretty much waited for her to reach the legal age before he courted her, I guess. When she flew back to Thailand after high school graduation, he started visiting her when he also returned to Thailand and he would arrange to meet her as often as they could. But before she left for Thailand earlier on, he already dropped a hint about his feelings and asked for her promise not to fall in love with anybody else. He has a position in a consulate office although he was just a young man. Both of them came from wealthy, influential family backgrounds. The FL also had a classmate and close friend who was in love with the ML but he was never interested in her, so she was jealous of the FL, as she can sense that the ML is interested in the FL. The friend was also not as affluent and her mother was only a mistress who got abandoned so the FL’s friend did not have a father, whereas the FL’s parents love and spoil the FL, especially the the FL’s father. Episode 13 was when their romance finally took off. FL was already in College at that time. The brief break up happened around the last episode due to the FL’s father’s objection (he did not want a consul for his daughter’s husband who always gets assigned anywhere in the world and could take his only daughter far away from him). But as soon as the FL ran to the convent with the intent of becoming a nun, both the ML and her father went after her and the father finally gave his blessing to them. The main couple eventually got married…Happy ending.
hi I need Spoiler 1. IF Hero Find out Main Reason for FL Comes into Life For Saving Her Brother , Is Hero leaves…
Season 2 was solid gold, if you watch from Episode 155 to 202, then you can enjoy their amazing acting, chemistry, and romantic story and ending. The angsty parts are left behind in Season 1… no more secrets and lies between the main couple. ML is now back and still very much in love as he pursued the FL earnestly. He was very passionate, obssessed, possessive, jealous, and desperate to get back together with the FL. I would say Episodes 155 to 202 are worth watching. 😊
Pls recommend a Thai Drama. It will be my first thai drama. No Breakups and if possible no separations.
Check out My Lovely Bodyguard. It’s another Thai drama, great chemistry between the main couple, no break up, no misunderstandings, with a very nice ending.
Roy Leh Marnya, Episode 12
