Seems like the better good looking rising stars always get more severe criticism, whereas the long established ones get good ratings on their series just because they had a few successes a few years ago. You all know who I mean ... ignore the haters and watch it yourself.

So from the comments here SZY was in a coma for 6 episodes!?! Didn't they have enough budget to pay LXY or they wanted to give the FL more exposure/fame? I'm only watching for LXY.

In this series, SZY and Prince Wuxia are my heroes. Everyone else is MEH.

I was wondering a similar topic. The main picture when the epilogue starts is a picture of "the map" which I thought was a clue to the silver mines (or not?) So is the whole series about the counterfeit money which is an excuse for the personal revenge for the ML and FL? Is there some complex political plot other than an evil CP or will there be some treasure hunt (evil stepmother)? I don't understand why the map is so important, so critical that they poison the FL to make her get it? Is it about the ML vs the useless emperor and the 4 princes ... or much ado about nothing ...

Did I skip something (am tired) or miss something? How did they get out of drowning in the silver mine with all the heavy rocks blocking it? Did Zai's assistant move all the rocks by himself?

I suspend most logic to watch these. However it does serve to remind me that some modern day meds aren't wonderful for our bodies especially some synthetically manufactured. And who knows if an evil aunt or uncle may slowly poison you gradually and without symptoms (my Mom always said "don't drink strange tea"). Wish I had a poison detecting needle!

I'm also confused. Does each of the 7 relics come from a star in that constellation? So the last villain isn't hosting a relic but is sent to unite them (so where is the 6th one)?

Leopard, the most disappointing relic host. She's like a cheap thing from a 60's spaghetti western and not scary at all. It's absurd watching MD being so helpless against her. I wonder if the directors lost interest or ran out of budget (hardly a glimpse of YWS or HS) and LR being wimpy (he's special forces after all). Sigh, just give us express and alleviate the pain!

Question please: have the 5 now almost 6 relics been "embedded" in women, except for the controlling master who is a male? I think I see a trend but I could be so wrong.

Sad for YWS but happy for ARP as he's getting great experience in comedy, trauma, romance in a modern role - just love his versatility after BOY and MM (martial arts).

I'm enjoying the plot, but am watching for ARP
