I love these super short episodes. I can squeeze an episode into my breaks on productive days. No more having to completely drop life or drop the drama. The best part though? They drop all the extra angsty poo that is always stuffed into the long dramas. You know the ones I mean....when the characters suddenly do things completely opposite to their personality and/or ragingly stupid beyond anything believable, acting as if they have personality disorder and needlessly destroy all the good things in their lives. This kind of anger inducing headache is gone in these short episodes.
Youtube decided to show me clips of this.....with English Subs. It looked funny and now I want to watch this only I cannot find it anywhere with English Subs. I don't have words.
I don't understand why people liked this so much. It sells extremely toxic and abusive behaviours as romantic. She is uncomfortable around her childhood bully so said bully ignores every boundary she sets and shows his interest, not with an apology, not by working to make up for what he did, no; our guy decides to get her attention by.....bullying her again. He grabs her against her will, he kisses her against her will (illegal this is assault and harassment) and that is just okay because he is possessive of her??? Oh and possession....yeah that is NOT the same thing as love good gawd! And it is totally fine that he deliberately torments her knowing he is making the woman he says he loves cry and upset? Like straight stalker but that is okay, why? Y'all!!! Fr!!! No!!
He is such a great actor but ever since I found out he regularly body shames his female co-stars and other female celebrities or just makes nasty comments in general about women...I just can't watch things with him in it anymore. He is talented to be sure but husband material? Only if you mean the kind who will disappoint. A gentleman does not belittle beautiful women nor any woman for that matter particulary publicly. Gross. I hope he grows up and becomes a better man to deserve all the love he gets.
Sakurada Dori romance, sign me up. At least that's what I thought until seeing the two leads together. It kept feeling like she was a child being groomed by a predator. I know her age is technically adult but it did not feel romantic it felt predatory so I could not push through. This felt like it was made for all those guys who put their hands up the school girls skirts on the train in Japan. Not even Dori was enough to get me to consume that energy. Dropped.
This looks good based on the acting but.....the English subtitles are such a mess I don't think I can watch. I just hit a part where the english subtitles were all curse words. 😳
