Try not to think how much episodes it has just and start watching it like every other anime.
If you like it then you will be happy to have so many episodes to watch and you won’t have to wait as it happens with other anime.
You can also take breaks between story arcs and get back to it when you feel like it. No need to rush to catch up. Just have fun with it!

The anime is definitely worth watching! Don't be scared by the of number of episodes.
I hope the Live Action is a success so more people will decide to watch the anime.

There's not much romance maybe only hints and if they add romance it will probably be very subtle and not the main focus.

Yeah more or less they have combined and restructured some things too as we see some characters appearing earlier.

It seems drama ep4 covers till s1 ep7. The donghua episodes are s1 12, s2 24 and s3 8. I think they will stop here if the drama is only 27 episodes. The s4-5 are connected in a story arc with 24 episodes so it would be too rushed if they tried to include them.

Unfortunately, only the 2 first seasons got a Japanese dub. You will need to search for the other seasons as Yi Ren Zhi Xia to find a site that has them with eng subs.

Wang Ye appeared in s2 and was the main focus of s3 which had fewer episodes. He is also in s4 and s5 . From the trailer it seems they will cover at least till s3.

It's from s3 where he is the main focus of the season.

Here after the time travel there was only the new soul in the body so it’s obvious that the king fell for the new person. There are 3 different endings.

I would suggest giving this a try to see if you like it. It’s quite different in tone from Mr. Queen and very low budget. This is more like a ridiculous parody. There are 3 different endings for this. There is a comment above with the links.

If you think about it they were all very selfish people.

If I remember correctly:
- The ML had an affair and tried to kill his wife the FL.
- Because of that the FL colluded with the 9th prince to kill him instead.
- The 9th prince coveted the wife of his brother and tried to kill him to get her. He started the rebellion with the help of FL and when that failed, he leaked info to the emery which could have resulted in many innocent civilian lives lost.
- The ML didn't execute but exiled the 9th prince for his crimes.

I think most people find funny the interactions between the characters and all the crazy things that happen. Maybe also like seeing those horrible people scheming against each other in a parody setting. It's not supposed to be taken seriously.

I hope they release another trailer soon to get a better idea of what to expect.

Yeah, the teaser wasn't so good in capturing the original series feeling. The interactions of the crew in other videos were better. It's something that gives me some hope for the series.

Same! The first time i watched the teaser i was taken aback about how they sounded especially Nami's voice and tone felt so off but after a while it started to grow on me. I think we will need some time to get used to the live action.

I imagine it will be super weird matching the voice with a real actor's face but I will definitely check it out! 😄

One Piece has some really weird characters and powers. It will be really hard to depict them. If they manage to capture the heart of the story i think it will be easier to overlook any cgi problems.

Oda the original creator had mentioned that if the characters were real they would be from different places in the world and he was also involved in the casting choices.
