What you guys wrote is so sad.. Why actors have no right to date? What if actor/actress falls in love? They are not allowed to publicly display love? Or no love at all if they want a job? Or they are allowed to date but not with co-star?

I think The Double has a really good casting. ML, second ML and main villain are all on this list of best actors. They delivered on feelings, and they were all captivating.
I'm looking forward to more of their work.

oh, sounds like a fan base is really powerful in China, they can even affect the work of a celebrity. i can't even imagine that.
Too bad, it would be interesting to see what would actors choose, if they had more freedom to choose.

Why can't they collaborate again? Why is the rule? Is it specific to them for some reason? Or just two main leads FL and ML can not act together again in general.

I'm glad you enjoy it :) Its definitely a rollercoaster of emotions typical for teenage. Also, has many rewatchable moments.

I had the same problem. I can't watch any drama of Esther Yu or Bu Guan Jin, although they seem popular. It gives of short drama quality :D, But Dongfang QingCang, his character development and his rivalry with Chang Heng is worth it if you stick through it. Also when they swapped bodies he didn't just act as a girl, he acted as main actress's interpretation of Orchid, and that was hilarious. Then all these things you don't like about FL interpretation become funny.

Duke Su is the best ML of all times. Perfection performance.

I agree, he is fierce, and unforgiving if you dare to mistreat the FL. Definitely in the category of MLs you don't want as your enemy.

Well for me Yu Shu Xin and Bu GuanJin are annoying style of acting, overacting. Like short drama quality level.
But Shen Yue is ok for me. She has this childish style of acting, but her character here is teenager, so I guess it can work. Also, their chemistry is good.
of course, always depends of personal preference. So if you're at episode 7 and you have enough curiosity to continue the show then just enjoy it.

I even plan my binging haha, I surround myself with healthy favorite snacks, free my weekend schedule and just binge guilt free :) so enjoyable. And then I come here for comments just to share the excitement :)
