I couldn't get pass episode 2 of Douluo Continent because of the music choices. Whoever the music director was for the show seriously ruined it.

This drama is giving me the same warm and fuzzy feelings TMOPB gave me, but I mean, it's very difficult for any show to top TMOPB. It was a near-perfect show. Also, TMOPB is a xianxia drama, so it's hard to compare to this show which is just a costume drama.

They don't skimp out on the sweet moments, trust me. 😉 It's super satisfying. I was worried, but you'll see how things work out. As for the final two episodes, I don't know if it'll be a HE or SE, but by episode 35 I was convinced it would be on my favourites no matter what - it picks up and becomes really good at that point.

As for this drama, I haven't seen it. I really want to because I love Luo Yunxi, so it's on my list!

So true! A lot of these are newly made accounts. MDL should limit who gets the right to review shows before they finish airing. Active users should be the only ones allowed to review.

Agreed. It makes me question MDL ratings. A show shouldn't be rated until it's complete. People dropped it or left poor ratings at episode 4. You should only be allowed to review after the show has completed or you've seen all the episodes.
