Wow this emperor acting is so good that I can no longer hate him (damn it). The writing of this show is amazing. But…
I have to remind myself of the evil he did to Tilan, but then again, even awful people can be forgiven if they're truly sorry and are willing to completely change their ways and never do harm again.
This thread has been fun! Glad to have kept watching with you all and I discussing here. Can’t believe 2 more…
I couldn't even get past episode 35 of Fu Yao when I watched it years ago, but this drama has been such an emotional and unpredictable ride. I never expected it to be on my favourites of the year.
In today's episode Emperor said as long as he is sitting on the throne danger will never cease..Wonder if its…
I think it's him reflecting on his journey as Emperor so far. We know there's more trouble coming, but because he's realizing that this is his reality, he's accepting the trouble to come. The fact that they can overcome these problems together is special.
Has anyone noticed, ever since Haishi became a consort to the emperor, she and Fang Jianming touch a lot more...
What I don't understand is how are all the nosy officals not noticing how Fang Jianming is all over the Emperor's consort? LOL. The way he stares at her in court has me floored, everytime. He's so obvious.
I guess their interrupted wedding night got them more comfortable with touchAre they technically still married?
Yes, they're married. Technically, their wedding wasn't totally proper. You need witnesses and obviously a consumated wedding night to complete a "wedding" during that time, but they did all the other rituals.
Idk how it's gonna end but I can say one thing:William Chan is a damn fine and handsome man. I'd love to see him…
He's literally so beautiful. And he's a VERY good actor. Him in real life vs. him in the show - it's insane how much facial control he has, almost too much at times, lol.
As for Luo Yunxi - I love him, so I might have to see his new modern drama, too. When does that one start?
