that actress really has zero expressions and charisma, both which are vital for a role like that. It feels like she is reading her lines from a teleprompter in the most monotonous way possible. Like, i don't get why the characters would do her bidding if she is like a robot instead to, well, disassemble her instead lol. Like it is common with korean names, there are several ways to romanize her name but Shin HAE SUN is the official one the actress herself uses in order to avoid confusion with Park Shin Hye for example. It is used across her social media and thus should be respected/adapted by mdl as well imo.

Now where you mention it... seeing how HS resigned after that incident i think it was included for that, since she already was kinda okay with continue to work there after her boss begged her to and the co workers lied to the gym goers about the date. Which ultimately is the best decision bc her co-workers are dumbasses or straight out assholes, especially the boss. And how long would have it taken for a new rumor of them dating to make the round anyway? It was bound to backfire sooner or later either way, so it is better she goes now instead of later. Plus the gym is a relic of the first show half, one that she needed to support her family but now it is about what she wants to do going forward. Ad this is a new career path in sports marketing. So it is best for the story to fully focus on that storywise. An added bonus of that storyline being finished is also to not having to see her rude and obnoxious colleagues anymore. Hence i think, especially with TH having canceled his membership too, we will mainly see the golf training area from the gym for Philip and Mr. Park sidestories.

I don't like HS crossing path with TM again either but with TH locked up i guess it is a necessity, he serves as connecting point of some sorts in the story . I hope he is over his delusion of a relationship with her, at least, which is not a given seeing how divorce is looming and him "being free" again. We will see, but yeah not a fan.

You take this waaaaaay too literal. The writers intent behind it was clearly to say that for the first time in her life HS feels taken care of, warm/safe, understood and protected, thanks to Taeho. Which is something she never had before since she always was the caretaker of everyone for decades. She had no concept of a relationship/dynamic like that other than early memories of her father probably. However the execution of writer nims intent here is clumsy at best and weird at worst. It's never a good idea to directly compare parental love to romantic one as these are two very different types of love, and people are bound to misunderstand this.

As soon the crazy frog found the ring it was veeeeery apparent she would fall back on making Hyoshim the scapegoat for her failed marriage like the giant smooth brain she is. And i guess it serves as a reason for dude mcgullible to seek HS out then to apologize in her stead. Could have lived without that scene too, but at least i/we saw the classist cow being slapped after throwing a toddler temper tantrum and assaulting HS. Silver linings.
