I get it but I wouldn't go with Phoon either. He's too pushy and it's kinda a turn off!
happy for the development but the logic and script is a tad awkward. im sad to say my rating is going down at this point..
i still like the pairing but they do need more acting experience and better scripts (or adding of ideas, details into their script).
The richness and complexity of the plot actually isnt super important as long as it makes sense. for eg, bad buddy series has a legit simple plot, but the scripting/lines and character portrayal were really tight. The superb camera angles and editing shot it up higher too.
i must say i liked it in the earlier episodes better - when Dao was in tension yet involuntarily showing his liking/affection - and Kluen reacting to it stupidly - that however dragged on for way too long. and the development arc of them into boyfriends was done too sloppily.
It seems unreasonable to expect Gong to act like nothing happened when he's been habouring these feelings for…
im with you on this. and i suspect zeshou knew about it all along - the signs were obvious, and in my opinion zeshou led gong on - then unknowingly perhaps, but now that it is out in the open, he has to spend time to digest it properly instead of doing stupid things. (not liking someone isnt wrong mind you, but being careless to hurt your relationships kinda is)
gong, you should just tell zeshou's sister (your number 1 shipper) about this, and then disappear for a good 2 weeks - let the dude fester in his stupidity.
ep. 6 frustrates me so much because things could've been easily resolved in this episode but they still dragged…
preview for EP7 looks fluffy and nice, but i bet you there's gonna be some drama - it's the penultimate after all. I just hope Director New's cliffhangers arent too extreme
Today Phoon has earned too much curse from us, I hope the actor stay well and healthy. But he did what he had…
agreed - i kind of pity phoon though i may not necessarily agree with all that he did (and he wasnt pretending that he didnt do it for selfish reasons, too. At least he's honest)
My issue with next EP is that Kluen's character has changed too much - my hope is that there is rational logical character development for him to be as such.
and poor Daonuea feeling like he's getting played again and again. the thing with Gia needs to be sorted out - is it that hard to communicate??!! Gia obviously still has feelings for Kluen, and Kluen is giving her questionable space.
also im kinda sad that there are no side couples. Sean-maitee, anyone?

Agree with you on this.
The final part on ep5 where Kluen said he's stupid at love is not redemption for me.
I get it on the difficulty in expressing (as his character), but the bit about not clearing up about Gia???
There has to be some reason.
And i also felt weird that Gia and Kleun sticks at places with ppl - the only plausible reason i could conjure up was that if Gia and Kluen had some sort of agreement to remain close like bfgf but not do any of the romantic kissing bits, cos reasonsss etc
Deep talks often happen at the beach along with the night sky, sea breeze, and calming waves. It is so sad to think…
i'd like to add that, till now - Daonuea is still under the impression that Kluen is attached. and Daonuea is there feeling absolutely horrible, wanting to get over this dude and dealing with the tension of 'i like him so much but he has a girlfriend but he's giving me mixed signals but i shouldnt but i cant stop these feelings'
agree on the kiss thing - not a good way to communicate your intentions and rationales, especially with their situations. to top it off, they're tipsy/drunk - not the most optimal for such conversations.
I like Nuea, but the way Kluen is written and acted (as directed) makes him hard to like. I really don't like…
im dying to know why Kluen's acting that way. Does he feel that he's unworthy for love? backstory?
Kluen had the guts/realisation to break up with Gia cos he knew he didn't like her. but to Daonuea? It wasnt just miscommunication - Daonuea sent so many signals saying that he was still interested but not daring to step forward more (cos he didnt want to steal someone's lover, or so he thought)
if there's any fingers to point, it's the screenwriters and script sorry.
I was like, Daonuea, even if yall get together, don't make it easy for the dude - grill him and get answers till you're satisfied. but IRL yes phoon thanks. I liked how all the friends called Kluen out for his unexplainable behavior.
sidenote: Sean is too good a friend, pls give him someone. Give phoon someone, too. Maybe Papang? they can meet in their heartbreak and find comfort in each other lol~
So far good. But why is this a harem lmao why is everyone in love with Dao.Also a major gripe I have with this…
Agree on the lack of exposition. They actually are showing us glimpses of stuff that happened in high school, but those content are few and short in duration (does not convey that much).
On the harem thing.. I think the other 2 guys are a light joke. The real ones are papang phoon kluen. I'm actually okay with papang and phoon as they are true to their feelings and push the plot along lol. But bless their hearts cos Daonuea's breaking them.
Imagine if you were watching a movie, then on-screen half the people suddenly disappeared, but the film never…
I'm with you on this. While i can appreciate the actor's portrayal of Kluen's personality - i think plot wise and screen time wise the audience has been engaged to question for far too long without good insights into the rationale for his behaviour.
I may not need to know why he's holding back in full story, but the tension and backstory can be shown in a better pacing.
On the other hand, Daonuea's characterisation is very full because of the pov we've been seeing and the interactions with people around him (and now with Fah). Almost all Kluen scenes has got to do with Daonuea and does not help us in exploring Kluen as a person in his own light.
Stoic, reserved, insecure character/personality is great - i just need more tension, drama and plot to feel the weight of it.
(more scenes on how Kluen thinks, like when he was answering the qns on stage)

my 2 cents!
but earlier on i was referring to the alleyway fight scene between the thugs and the 2 mains hahahah.
all flaws that im willing to overlook, just hope that the plot doesnt let me down. the scripting is not as tight already in the latest two episodes...

u got me there

Did he really expect Daonuea to be okay with being with him while he's supposedly attached???
I have thus forgiven him in an alternate universe in bad buddy when he threw shade on Pat when Pran was transferred away
Give him someone nice, please. Im not asking for alot of screen time, just good quality short scenes will make me happy too
His voice does not match his face in a really good way

Are they releasing it straight after this one ends?? Pls tell me they are

it's a no-brainer that Daonuea felt toy-ed with
