Title Eternal Love Spoiler
Poor Ye Hua every time he's found that bit of a joy his heart gets trampled on, but jealous Ye Hua is so…
Me tooo I almost wished Mo Yuan (I have a crush on Mo Yuan) was Ye Hua in the past just so she can be with him...sigh. It's so cute when he smiled in Zhe Yan's flashback when he caught Si Yin talking "behind his back" about how he's too pretty to be a God of War

Unknown to both him and even her at this point, Bai Qian does like him but they will have their happy ending! I see it as him being the one to suffer more this lifetime, since she had her share as Su Su.

As for BQ and Li Jing, I only feel bad for him in the drama. Zhang Bin Bin made him more likeable than I can recall him being in the novel. But he made his choices and has to suffer for it.

Xuan Nu needs to screw off already, only reason I've been telling myself why she's still here is cause…
I haven't read the Pillow Book but I am loving the chemistry of DH-FJ in this version. I do like what they created for 16th and Yan Zi as they're kinda cute together, just not the part where she plans to protect Xuan Nu & baby. Yup don't need more Xuan Nu, she needs to die already, hope Bai Qian gives her a brutal ending. But all these extra storylines, other than extending the series out to 58 episodes is Yang Mi promoting her actors/actresses (Su Jin, Xuan Nu, Dilraba, Vengo, 1st and 16th disciples are all under her studio)

They extended the Xuan Nu storyline, and added a possible romance for 16th disciple and Yan Zi (Ghost Princess). Also she promised Xuan Nu she would do anything to save the dead baby seeing that it's her brother's kid... and also mentioned the heavenly grass

Mark and Yangmi chemistry is off the chart, I read the novel and thought Mark is not suitable to play Yehua. But…
Everyone was looking forward to Yang Yang and the movie version before this drama. But Mark proves that good acting is what brings a character to life and story worth watching. Mark embodies Ye Hua perfectly - for a character that stoic he sure expresses deeply - there will be big shoes to fill thanks to him. All eyes will be on Yang Yang now, people will be comparing. Mark - who went from being criticized for his looks to completely winning over everyone's hearts with his acting, and then there's Yang Yang who may look the part but isn't even half the actor Mark is.

Xuan Nu needs to screw off already, only reason I've been telling myself why she's still here is cause the drama decides she deserves a fate worse than one in the novel, and hopefully in the hands of Bai Qian ! Also hope they don't make it Yan Zi and Zhe Lan adopts her 'dead' child since it looks like they will be a couple ...

this is the first fantasy drama that i've found interesting ...acting is great especially mark chao...he's…
That would be a dream come true ❤ he rocks his chemistry with Yang Mi and they both look like they have so much fun together on and offscreen! too bad they're happily married to other people in real life otherwise I'd root for this couple. But a best onscreen couple award also works!

I just saw she doesn't get her memories back even in ep 36 and feel terribly demotivated to continue with…
Su Jin is always gonna be Su Jin but there will be other important plot developments in the mean time. Dont worry she will get what's coming to her when BQ regains her memory which won't be til later

Guys how good is this compared to General and I because I was disappointed in that one. But I know Yang Mi is…
Like @silvermcv I was looking forward to General & I being a big fan of the novel/manhwa, after 15 episodes or so I pretty much gave up and dropped it/skipped right to the end.
With Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms, i gave it a shot anyway and ended up being hooked. This is the first drama where a drama intrigued me that much to pick up the book, and comparing both I personally find the drama way better even though it follows the book quite closely. It's the actors who bring this drama to life for me especially Mark Chao. As for Yang Mi, she isn't the greatest actress but she does well here overall. So far up at 37 out of 58 episodes and I have not lost any interest which is rare.

Again I could also be a biased opinion, but I started off with zero expectations like you and here I am now lol.

it's terrible. full of plotholes. pretty predictable and a lot of plot armour and convenience in the name…
There is character development, the characters here all had to learn things through the hard way unfortunately, through a major loss, misunderstanding etc which all plays into the tragedy - should be a clear theme of this drama by now. You'll see. As for the plot, it may sound simple in premise at first (three lifetimes of fated love) but when you get into the story you'll find it tying into a lot of other elements and side stories and characters, the best thing about this drama is it doesn't revolve around the leads but everyone has a story to tell.

Can't be the only one who thinks Bai Qian looked super badass when she was PISSED and fighting. That was some great action

Okay, sounds interesting enough as I love those negotiator dramas (only seen one other before and it was an appeal I've never realized before) but why can't the male lead for once be a regular intelligent man - no heir or filthy rich family, just a charming lead who started from the bottom ?

I have been a harsh critic of Yang Mi's acting in the past and even certain parts of this drama, but she's killing it as Bai Qian. Comes too natural for her.

I think your concerns have more to do with the novel than the drama itself. As this drama is a TV adaptation it is simply following the original work (and quite closely minus a few changes). If anything, the novel was brought to life by this drama and the wonderful cast/actors in it - this coming from someone who felt so intrigued by the drama that they picked up the book. In fact, I think the drama is even better than the book and the production has made some very positive changes to it.

Do we ever see the second disciple ever?
Ya he doesn't have a whole lot of scenes but he makes more of an appearance in later episodes when they comtinue to uncover the mystery about Si Yin which has been ongoing for years. Also noticed you were looking for more info about the actor. The little bit of info I can find states he graduated from Beijing Academy of Filming Arts. And he's born in 1990 so he's 26 years old if that helps:p apparently his chinese name goes by 赖艺

He is doing such a fantastic job in Eternal Love. Way to shut up everyone who didn't think you're right for the role, you are perfect as Ye Hua <3 I'm completely won over
