I know that most people that watched this drama found it terrible, but I honestly don't understand why. :D It was not that bad?!
It pulled me in from the very first episode, and I always always looked forward to new episodes, which never really bored me. Not to mention, this is one of those dramas that will leave you feeling all the emotions. Sometimes I wanted to throw things out of frustration, sometimes I wanted to cry, sometimes I got to laugh a lot.
All the actors, too, despite all of them being young and maybe not that experienced, did a great job. Yes, even Joy! I don't see why so many people complained about her, I never felt uncomfortable watching her performance, she played her role well. No, she is not the world's most incredible actress, but she did not deserve any of the hate she got. Especially since The Liar and His Lover, she has improved a lot.
The main trio amazed me the most though, especially Woo Dohwan, he's definitely one of the best out of the newer actors.
Sometimes I wished the parents did not play such a big part in this whole story,, that's what put me off the most.
I kinda know the ending of the original story, which, no, I did not read or watch... Spoiler alert, it did not match with the original. And tbh I am glad, that after all this suffering, the characters found peace and happiness in their lives!
If you're wondering whether to watch this, please just try it out. Don't read the negative comments only, because there are people that loved this drama a lot, too! :D
Having seen all seasons of the I Need Romance series, I have to say that season 3 was the best but also the most different one.
The plotline wasn't going in circles anymore, the main characters had logical reasons for acting the way they did, the romance itself was logical -- and also very beautiful, I'd say. The chemistry that the main couple had, was really, really good, and they're most probably my favorite couple out of the whole series.
Just like season 1 and 2, the 3rd one was also very entertaining, but this season went by much faster than the first two, and that might also be because of how the plot had a clear direction, instead of it going through the same thing over and over again.
The reason why I said this season was much different, is because it wasn't just about giving the viewers intense scenes between couples, or talking about every aspect of romantic relationships. In fact, only later on I realized that the usual INR type of conversations the main characters of each season had, -- there were not that much of this time. They gave more time for each character on their own, which I might have liked even more.
This drama was not perfect, there were things I disliked (like some very upsetting characters I didn't quite understand), too. However, I ended up enjoying it a lot. Once again, I Need Romance is a drama for people that want to watch something different than what the usual kdrama would give them. And I would very much recommend this season!
In Time With You is also really good! But it's kinda slow in the first half (then picks up), and it's quite slice of life (?), so it's probably not for everyone.
I heard there's a possibility of this drama stopping completely (because of the accident that happened to one of their staff members and the consequences)....... I really hope it won't happen, since this is the first drama in a long time I felt an addiction to. T.T -- Yes, even despite the sh*tty CG!
This drama started so strong, but I can't deny it lost it's distinct charm some time later on.
It was one of the calmer law / crime dramas, and even though I usually do enjoy high intensity, I still liked it how it was.
There were things I didn't really like, for example, something about Suzy and Lee Jongsuk together seemed a little fake... But their characters' relationship was fun to watch still.
Overall this is not a drama for everyone, some could get a little bored, but the cases were pretty interesting and humor was good, so I don't doubt there would be fans of this as well. Especially if you like law and / or supernatural dramas!
I had been waiting for this movie.... And it was soooooo worth the wait. :'D
Comedy is probably my least favorite genre, but I loved every second of this movie. I laughed a ton and there were also many very truly intense moments.
Also, the bromance was hella cute! Park Seojoon and Kang Haneul are truly amazing.
You'd be missing out on a lot if you didn't watch it. :D
Ahhhhhhh I'm so sad this has now ended... There needs to be a season 3!!!
Even though this had a slower start than season 1, I ended up loving season 2 more. Somehow I just felt closer to all of the characters and became very very very attached to all of them.
This is a very addicting drama, and I loved how they pretty much picked up from where they had left the previous season. I think I've said this before, but I love how real this drama is. All of the characters seemed like real people and they weren't afraid to talk about things like homosexuality, which is still definitely taboo in South Korea.
Overall I just want to say that Age of Youth series are, no doubt, a must-watch.
There has to be a season 3. Not only because of Jiwon's unfinished story, but also because we never got any closure on what's with Eunjae's dad -- the mystery they started trying to solve in season 1.
Just saw the epilogue of episode 13, which everyone was talking about... People were saying it looks like Sungmin and his daughter are attending possibly Jiwon's funeral.... I agree with the fact that it might their child, yes, but I don't think they were going to a funeral, especially Jiwon's?
The child was wearing white clothes, and didn't have the traditional ribbon which relatives put on at funeral, but instead a pink one. Which she definitely would not have put on, if her mother had died.
To me, it seemed like they were going to Sungmin and Jiwon's wedding more than anything. :'D
This has to be one of the best dramas of 2017, definitely.
It's not a drama for everyone, that's for sure. It is very dark and heavy, and sometimes truly psychologically hard to watch.
But what I loved, was that whatever the writers, producers, directors, actors did, they did it perfectly. They created a dark world -- which could turn out to be reality for some at any time --, and there were never any doubts of how real it all seems.
I would've rated this drama with a 10, if it had given me that 0.5 of additional addiction, because sometimes it was too hard to press play for the episodes.
Also, the short scene they showed with Sangmi's father at the very end, makes me think that there *could* be a second season.
Strongest Deliveryman was such a simple, but at the same time such a nice drama.
It didn't have a very extraordinary plot, or crazy plot-twists (mostly?), or a million OSTs, yet I quite loved watching it.
I think the simplicity is what made this drama special, and even though it didn't have the things mentioned above, or even if I didn't equally like all the characters (and some individuals could have worked on their acting), the drama itself was so good.
In my opinion, this drama said some good ideas, and just watching the friendships and good relationships, was so heart-warming.
I especially loved Danah and Kangsoo and their relationship, because they were so cute! And I loved that they sometimes acted and bickered like an old married couple. :'D
If you're looking for a nice rom-com, I would recommend this! Just give it a few episodes time, because that's when I fell in love with it.
Ahhhhhh, this was such a cute movie, I enjoyed it so much! ;-;
Loved all the couples' stories and the original (but quite accurate) involvement of social media. The only thing I wished was better, is that I had wanted a little more on the couples' relationships to be shown. And honestly, some characters could have either not even been there OR deserved more screentime, since they had been put in the movie after all.
I definitely recommend; this movie almost even made me cry from the preciousness! :'D
I had waited so long to finally be able to watch this movie... And I think it was quite worth the wait.
Honestly, the only thing I did not like about it was the big plot twist and explanation and reasoning. Otherwise everything was really good: the pace, the acting, the story, the chemistry of the actors, and the movie also made me feel things. :'D
I did really really enjoy this drama; most of all I loved watching the main two characters because they were interesting (and unique!) by themselves and their chemistry was SUPER good. And the acting was great despite the fact that there were many inexperienced actors.
There were also a lot more characters I liked, but I had wished the drama gave more in-depth coverage of their stories. :D And I somehow lost some of my addiction to it during the last few episodes, which is why it won't be added to my favorite dramas list, unlike to what I thought would happen before. :D
I am a person who often disliked high school dramas, but School 2017 became a very precious drama to me, so I would 10/10 recommend this to everyone!
It is really hard for me to put my thoughts down and explain what I feel about this movie.
Honestly, there were quite a few things I disliked, like the comedy (especially all that boob talk), how rushed everything felt and maybe even how low-budget it seemed, and I wish the ending wasn't so sad.
But despite me being upset about these things... This movie is just somehow so special. It talks about these people that meet in the college, about their relationships, choices in life and what the future can bring..
Personally, I am at a period in life where the university life -- exactly what these movie characters went through -- is right ahead of me. So, during this movie, I couldn't help but think a lot about life, and how it could turn out for me and my friends... Needless to say that during these 1 and a half hours I totally cried my eyes out-- and I still feel like crying. :'D
This is not a flawless movie and this is most probably not a movie for everyone... But it is a movie that is emotional and heartfelt. If you are looking for something touching, something that will affect you, something even powerful in a way, I would certainly recommend this.
This drama brought me a lot of mixed feelings. And by no means it was perfect; it was actually quite far from that.
I remember not liking it after episode 1, but then somewhere in the middle my interest suddenly went up and I liked most of the episodes after that. My most favorite things were the visuals, the cinematography and Moora and Biryum's relationship all through the drama.
As for Yoon Soah and Habaek, something made them seem weird as a couple, maybe some lack of chemistry. I did quite enjoy each of theirs scenes individually and their non-romantic scenes.
My biggest complaints would be that there were some unnecesarry characters and uneven, sometimes way too slow pace. A lot of people also complain about the acting, which certainly wasn't the highest possible level for everyone, but I don't recall cringing too much, so it was quite okay for the most part.
If this interests you, maybe give it a try but watch it at your own risk and don't have any expectations! Who knows, maybe this will end up being your type of a drama.

But I think today I saw something about both of the next week's episodes being postponed because of everything that is going on.
