I’m not sure about the whole theory about Bang Wool’s eye. What is shown is that his eye got injured when fighting Si Won’s ghost. The snake might be some deity or spirit who protects Ha Jun’s sister but I’m not sure about its connection to Bang Wool. You can’t really see the snake’s eyes honestly.
The mystery user who asks the kid to pick up the phone is most probably Na Ri. Others also argued that it might be Si Won. Actually, you can know who it is because the display name is their birthday. I forgot the exact year of birth. As to why the kid went to get the phone.. honestly, it’s pretty natural that the kid would search for the phone for its suspense and curiosity. Like, it doesn’t seem odd to me.
To answer your question about Bang Wool, based on what I get, his eye got injured while fighting Si Won’s ghost. Ever since then, he’s able to see spirits and that includes the spirit lurking around Ha Jun’s sister. He’s still human.
The casts are a mix of new faces and familiar ones. The adults especially Sir Brother-in-Law definitely left an impression on me. The young actors are a work in progress but they’re alright. They did well in casting Kang Mi Na as Na Ri instead of a new face because you can’t afford to gamble Na Ri’s impact and performance.
