I just finished the whole season 2 and I feel like the only good thing that came out of it is Jiang Chang Yang and He Wei Fang’s relationship. At one point, I just became mute to the whole women’s empowerment talk and the politics. 🥹😭😅

Lmao I cringed when out of nowhere, Jiang Chang Yang mentioned women’s role in bringing the Emperor’s edict, in the middle of his conversation with King Ning. They really emphasize women’s empowerment in season 2.

Kang Tae Ju is such a good detective and profiler and it’s frustrating how at that time, it’s all about speed rather than careful investigations. This case in real life ruined many lives and reputation. It’s so frustrating seeing how it’s all laid out here.

Yeaa I thought so too. I wonder if it was bad subs. I repeated the scenes and other context clues but they all still point to CXQ’s father and CYY’s brother. But correct me if I’m wrong though as I don’t speak the language.
