What's the best thing to do to someone who's just been shot twice? The same thing you do to a crying baby. Shake him. Shake him good. That will make the bullets fall out and he'll be good as new.
the amount of negative comments I see here.🙄 Just will let you all know, NEVER decide if you are gonna watch…
I agree with you about that in general, but this series is a bit of an exception, because the first three episodes weren't bad, and then it took a nose-dive off a cliff. I'd much rather have people's honest opinions here than what you get on Youtube, where it's apparently illegal to criticize anything.
I feel like I just got out of prison. That was terrible, clunky, mindless, and sappy trash. I was really hoping…
I'm really surprised that you agree with me on this - that hasn't happened lately. Nat isn't just a great actor, he's hotttt. If this had been about him and his relationship with Chopper this could have been compelling, At the beginning of this episode, just the opening teaser scene between Pond and a person who can act was just embarassing.
Yes, the lack of chemistry was the problem. I didn't realy find the intimidation and fear as a problem, because it was mostly in Bom's head, and usually if Tar lost patience or raised his voice it's because he'd asked Bom seventy times to get on the bike and he just stood there. I'm polite and patient in general and I would choke the sh$% out of him if he pulled that on me (I would acutally just leave him there and totally lose interest in knowing him).
As I was saying above, I'm fairly sure Bom's agent forced him to play this role because he looked like he'd rather be anywhere else. Tar, though, has "it" and like you I want to see more of him.
Fair enough - I thought it was more awkward than unnatural, but there's a fine line there. My biggest problem was the almost total lack of chemistry between them. I felt a little from Tar at times, but Bom was clearly forced into the role by his agent.
I liked it in a guilty pleasure way just for Tar - and I agree - Thi was a weak point. He was fairly good at comedy, but just couldn't manage any of the more dramatic scenes. In those he always looked like he was suppressing flatulence.
Oh yes, the wet hair trope! And I quote all 150 BLs I’ve watched: “How can you go to sleep with wet hair?…
I live in Minnesota and I have yet to get sick for having damp anything. In fact, my hair is usually not entirely dry when I leave in the morning and go out into sub sub freezing weather. Yesterday it was 0 C and I got rained on and I'm still alive. Good thing I'm not a BL uke.
I agree with that - I almost dropped it a couple of times because I was tied of scenes were Bom just stood staring and doing nothing when Tar was asking him to do something innocuous like ask him to accept a ride home on his bike. But they stopped doing that about halfway through and I started liking the series.
That was worse than I feared. It's not a good sign when you can predict everything that will happen well in advance, like when Park took a shower, I think we all probably thought, "aaaannndd, here comes the hair drying scene."
Run is a lot sexier as a seme than he is as an uke - I like it. Tiger has great legs - he's kind of cute in general when he's not being annoying.
There's a bit too much tonal dissonance, veering from slapstick humor to tragedy, and way too mucn narration.
It was also boring at times. I'll probably watch it because there's nothing else on Mondays and the boys are cute.
Spot on. The wardrobe is unrealistically lavish but nice to look at. The shocking pink knitwear in the final scene…
I see that my review was correct - I have absolutely no recollection whatsoever about even a single aspect of this series. I even watched a couple of minutes of it and it didn't ring a bell, except I remember these two actors were in a series where the taller one was a vampire.
Sorry, that was awful.

Very often perfectly good titles are abandoned for something sappy in English.
"Cherry Magic" is weird and unappealing compared to the perfect original title "Being a virgin at age 30 can make you a wizard".
