I'm exhausted after watching this episode. What a terrible and disappointing finale. The only thing in this that I enjoyed was Duean and Meen's conclusion - that was well done.
I'm starting to realize that BL is written for children and I'm never really going to get much out of it except for exceptional shows like ITSAY. This made no sense. They've been together for two years and being undressed in front of each other is a big deal? They're in their 20s, not 13.
And they just couldn't resist making an otherwise good female character a villain in the end. Sigh. We had no hint of this and it was thrown in at the last moment. It cheapened the whole series and made Pi's internal conflict external. Why didn't we just see his insecurity play out on it's own?
I would have probably given this a 7 or 7.5, but now it's a 6. It wasn't as miserable to watch as this week's Nitiman, at least.
And what happened to the beautiful balloon scene in the preview? That brought tears to my eyes, but they didn't use it.
This is horrible! Does anyone actually like this? Nothing ever happens except either Jin or Bbomb communicates in any way with any other human being and the other becomes insanely jealous, they have an implausible misunderstanding based on standing around staring when you could just explain youself, wash, rinse, repeat. And the scenes from next week tell us they're going to do this AGAIN.
And what 20-year old man would give a sh#$ if another man has a condom? Every boy over the age of 13 has a condom. And it's TOO SMALL?!? Is Bbomb an elephant? They stretch, you know - you'd need to be two feet long for it to be too small (although that would at least explain why Jin doesn't want to have sex). I'm pretty sure whoever wrote this has never even been on a date, let alone had sex. And what kind of relationship is this? It would be cute if they were 13 - it's totally bizarre for grown men.
This combines being totally boring with terribly written. The only thing you can say for it is the acting is pretty good, although you could replace Bbomb with a mannequin and nobody would notice.
Can anyone tell me a single thing that happened this ep that advanced any storyline even a teeny bit? This is Ep 8! I don't even know who the couples are! Keam and Ball, apparently, even thought nothing ever goes anywhere with them - I assume Song and Jay because Kaownah and Turbo have been assigned to each other by the studio.
I can't take it anymore - seriously, I'm pretty much burned out on BL at this point - was there seriously nothing better written available to film than this garbage? This might actually be the worst BL I've ever watched, and I watched En of Love: Tossara.
I love this so far. The natural setting, by itself, enhances this drama so much. These other environments in these…
The second ep was considerably weaker than the first, but then it had the hot headmaster's son, so it basically balanced out. I would take this over sterile formulaic dreck like Nitiman and Lovely Writer every day of the week.
I really like it, but I am finding it hard to imagine how this drama can only be done in 8 episodes that are also…
The characters in this ep aren't listed above and are totally different than the first epsiode's - I kept thinking I was watching the wrong show, and I'd probably still think so if it weren't for the oppressively annoying panpipe music.
Maybe 8 eps is only a placeholder - there's no way they get through this that fast.
Is this a joke trailer, or is the series a parody? Or did I just dream that last four years happened and it's still actually 2017? Also, if an actor is old enough to be the parent of a high school kid, maybe he shouldn't be playing a high school kid.
i am so frustrated with this show now! lukmo and simai were my favorite couple but not anymore. why did they have…
I think you can pretty much be sure that they're not the second one, and if the first, what difference does it make? They've never met before and there's no family dynamic at all.
If you're the only person who can see the blindingly obvious, then yes. :) Otherwise there's not much point to this series, because that would be a little dark for a BL. Strangely hot, but dark.
It was good. I didn't feel the ending was quite earned, but it worked better than 99% of all other BL endings.
This story was very conventional, and so was the production. Everything was really good, but it didn't have the magic of its predecessor. It's a 9/10 for me.
I hope all the other production companies will note that perfect abs and zero % body fat can never equal real acting ability.
After sleeping on episode 5, my mind is clear now and I can truly say this without bias, ipytm was simply not…
I'm with you. What I think was missing was the quirkiness, sense of magic, and emotional authenticity. I didn't quite feel the ending was earned. This is still wonderful and amazing, and maybe the second or third best BL series ever, but it's not ITSAY. Remember what a weirdo Teh was?
I give them 2 years at best. I would have picked Q.
Would someone please put Kaleb Ong in a good series? I feel like he insulted an old gypsy woman and is condemned to spend his life in bad productions.
This series was off to a good start given it's a zero-budget amateur production, but a 5 year old with an iPhone could have done a better job than this. It would have been better to have just abandoned the series than to bother making this final ep, which just erased any positive feeling the audience may have had towards this series.
at least with the korean shows like To My Star and Color Rush etc. they focused almost completely on the (2) main…
It could work fine, but the problem is they're structuring each ep to be 20 minutes long and self-contained, which is not enough time, so it feels like it moves slightly, resets, moves slightly, resets, etc. If each ep were designed more like a segment of a longer ep, like a Thai weekly ep divided into 4 parts, it would work - but as it is, even Korean BLs feel like there's more development.

The acting in this ep was weaker than last ep, but who gives a sh#$ so long as the headmaster's son is on my screen. Jeez.
I felt a little hit over the head with the social issues this ep - I thought it was more "tell, not show" in ep 1 and I hope they go back to that.
Maybe 8 eps is only a placeholder - there's no way they get through this that fast.
I've been impressed with Kanok - he's giving an impressive performance, and doubly so for a beginner. That was heartbreaking.
