Mixed feelings on the murder plot aside, I need to applaud Shin Jae Ha. His transition from smiling easy going assistant to total creep has seriously chilled me, to the point where the next thing I see him in I'm going to be suspicious 😂 The thing is, it's the writing that tipped many of us off so soon and made us suspect him, but his performance has been much more subtle before now. I wish they hadn't been so obvious and let his performance do more of the talking...so his first signs of anger would have been more of a surprise. But man. The guy is seriously scary! And with such a sweet face. Kudos 🙈

Me too. In fact they sidestepped that with such clearness it makes me wonder if they were aware of accidentally implying the wrong thing. Having him say he looked up to Chi Yeol as an adult who could care for him and his sister was the right choice.

Yes she has done bad things but she is a child very influenced by the bad behavior of her parents. She was not seriously considering killing Hae Yi...intrusive thoughts are often what people fear not what they want to happen, and people shouldn't be blamed for them

I felt kind of okay when Young Joo was telling him to move past it and just forget it...though she should have apologized. But Chi Yeol insisting that if Jae Woo felt bad it is probably because he likes her was really annoying. I get he was just trying to shut him up but sigh. I really do not like how nobody just listens to what Jae Woo is saying. I really can't tell where they are going with it honestly 😕

I just feel really bad for Su Ah. She is clearly going through something, possibly dyslexic and now having intrusive thoughts. And all her mother does is tell her to stop crying.

Her acting was a little awkward in episode one but I think she has been great in the recent episodes.

I didn't realize this one had such high expectations...but that makes sense.

I don't get it either! She fits the character well and is so likable!

Wow, what's going on? I've seen worse dramas not get nearly as many harsh comments 😅 Everyone is welcome to their opinions of course but I'm surprised. Yes this one has faults, but I am definitely not bored so far...I care about the characters, and the FL just gets better and better, both as a character and with her acting. I am not familiar with the original story at all so I'm definitely curious to see where this goes!

I didn't see that as foreshadowing tbh. If it were it would imply they break up and she never speaks to him again...the end? I think it's safe to say that at least isn't happening

The bright side of the murder plot is I can't see them going for a breakup with four episodes left. They at least seem to still want to add some lightness and humor and right now we are *only* getting that from our leads. Wrapping up the murder plot, the school test issues, and giving us a breakup? I think even they will realize that is too much of a pile-up. Seriously knocking on wood here 😅

Really not a fan. It came out of nowhere and did not feel in character to me at all...mainly I'm annoyed that there is now something that makes the group dynamic they all had feel awkward 😣

So Assistant Ji is our murderer...no surprise there. What was a little surprising is seeing him get a huge heavy box of metal balls delivered in broad daylight. That delivery man will be watching the news about a serial killer who hits his targets with metal balls like, huh, wait a minute 😅 Ah, Mr. Ji, how have you lasted this long? At least have a curtain over your creepy picture walls!

It's fair to criticize the writing in a drama, but you making it about SK in general and a worry about SK "lacking compared to the West" is strange and even offensive imo. Do you think the Western world never produces television with terrible writing? 😅 Also weird to say the writer should be concerned about looking good for the international audience as if that is the main reason a writer in SK should try to produce quality writing
