Agree with you. The problem is if she does say yes to one of them by the end it will feel like it came out of nowhere. She has not really shown any interest in them, it has just been all about them having feelings for her...

The idea of him trying to throw Haeng Seon overboard on that boat or something is just so drastic not to mention silly. 😂 He has been secretive this whole time so if he were going to take her out, he would just do it in private right? The pacing of it all is quite odd...I'm curious to see what they are trying to do here

I have suspected Assistant Ji from almost the start but with how they are making his dark side so obvious now I am almost feeling *less* sure it is him...if they were going for a plot twist they have missed their chance, nobody will be surprised now...maybe I am just grasping at straws though as there are few other possibilities 😅

I'm pretty disappointed in how the teens storyline went this episode. It was refreshing how they seemed to be going in the direction of making them all friends and putting the love triangle aside, but now they brought it back in full force. Plus I feel like I'm the only one who finds Geon Hu pushy in an annoying way. I don't want her to end up with either boy but since they have brought the triangle back that seems unlikely now...

The film Casablanca is well done...everything about it is good...BUT with all my admiration for the male lead's acting, I wish they had cast someone younger than Humphrey Bogart because he looks way older than Ingrid Bergman...a younger actor would have made that drama a classic...such a shame.

It was definitely an unexpected visit, so I think he was taken aback. It was a really awkward situation for anyone, let alone Chi Yeol who isn't the greatest at talking to people 😅 I felt bad for him too, he just had no idea how to deal with the situation.

Can I just give kudos to Jeon Do Yeon and Lee Bong Ryun for their acting in that scene where the pianist showed up with the food? My stomach was dropping watching their reactions. They broke my heart (no really, I want to cry thinking of Haeng Seon's face in that scene!) and then moved into silly best friends mode effortlessly moments later. They work so well together!

I think the pianist's part is over but actually I am really glad they included her. Chi Yeol has had so few close relationships it's totally understandable he'd wonder if his feelings for Haeng Seon were just a result of getting some love or attention from anyone. Honestly the audience might even wonder that too...is it just the "someone is nice to him" effect? Especially because so many people seem turned off by him and he is not that approachable. So that someone really does like him and put in effort to get to know him but his feelings are still for Haeng Seon makes it so clear she is special.

Agreed! Some may be disappointed by the lack of steaminess but it really makes sense for them. With Chi Yeol's intimacy issues and both of them not really having love lives, it wouldn't be fitting for them to be pushing that kind of chemistry at this stage. The companionship they have is wonderful and very believable.

Yes, the murder mystery feels relevant thematically but doesn't seem to touch the daily lives of our main characters (yet). It does feel a bit jarring but at the same time I see why they did it this way. If they integrated it more they run the danger of it taking over the show. I think we will see that integration soon though...and then probably miss when everyone else was living in romcom land while the murders happened on the side 😅
