Not surprised but glad to have a more solid confirmation. I will miss Jung So Min a lot but actually I am excited. Let's be honest—after twenty episodes this show needs a shake-up. Knowing we will have a change and some different energy makes me actually excited for Part 2. Thank you So Min for your work ❤️ Go Yoon Jung, fighting!

I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone else pointing out how frustrating the dialogue can be. It's just so repetitive and on the nose, like it was written for children. Like...*character sees Mu Deok pick up an apple* "Is that Mu Deok picking up an apple?" *flashback to Mu Deok eating an apple from ten minutes ago* "This reminds me of that other time Mu Deok ate an apple!" And on and on 😅

Yeah, for some weeks now I have actually been excited about the potential of GYJ returning.

I don't think I blame JSM but that scene was kind of a letdown. We've been waiting for this moment for 18 hours 😓

Yul has had at least five fight scenes that were way cooler than that by this point.

Mama Jin at least seems to have put it together and knows that So-yi isn't the real deal. But our clever Naksu is still oblivious 🤦‍♀️

I commented a couple weeks ago that I felt they were insulting Naksu's intelligence by not having her put the pieces together of whose body she's in, and some people reassured me it made sense and she'd figure it out soon. Uh 😅

I liked many parts of this episode. But this is getting kind of ridiculous! She is supposed to be smart!

Yes, not saying it is impossible for Naksu's body to come back, but that some story elements feel they are not setting that up. Also does Naksu even want her OG body back at this point? It seems she is getting comfortable as "MD."

Hm. I must say it would be kind of strange to deliberately show that Uk is attracted to Mu Deok's body (not just Naksu's soul) if indeed they are going to pair Uk with OG Naksu in part 2 👀

That, plus them taking the time to show Master Lee's backstory and let us know that a burned body cannot be brought back. (I know some speculate Naksu's body was not burned but that is just speculation).

Yep! MDL ratings are all over the place, some way overrated, lots underrated imo. That is why with this kind of drama, I don't let a "lower" score like this deter me 😅

I've noticed that lighter Sageuks never get very high ratings on here. Bossam, Secret Royal Inspector & Joy, Rookie Historian, 100 Days My Prince, Moonshine... To be fair some of them don't deserve a high rating 😅 But it is interesting I have never seen one get past an 8.5. Only the more serious Sageuks like The Red Sleeve, and older dramas.

I understand you, that is a fair opinion ☺️ I wasn't complaining about anyone wanting romance, rather expressing why I think the show isn't grabbing my attention. I hope you like the ending! :D

Omg I thought it was just me! 😅 But actually I don't think they look alike, but have very similar mannerisms. Their voices and facial expressions are similar, especially their laughs.

Oh I said "mentally fast forwarding" as in watching but not really caring about the cases format. Not literally fast forwarding ahaha. I agree that seems it would be hard to do.

Ahaha I get you! To be clear my point isn't that people should be excitedly debating the cases on their own. But I have not even seen people talking about how the cases affect WYW or present quandaries for her, how it's changing her arc, what she's thinking about in terms of the cases, all that stuff. Which I did see in the first few episodes. I just see many people saying the cases are boring and shouldn't be a focus, which makes me not motivated to catch up 😅

That's good to hear if it's still the case! I'm only going off of what I've seen discussed lately since I am behind and it seems like a lot of people are tuning out the cases at this point and only focusing on the couples drama. Which led me to believe not much else interesting is happening in the show to grab me.
