It did explain the accident - it's something out of the blue - a competitor was behind the whole thing, and this becomes unimportant anymore so everything just being brushed off. I'm ok with that as I'm not really that interested to find out who the 'black hand' is as long as they're not someone we know.

For once, the ending takes almost 2 episodes with the CP in each other's arms all the time. Good enough for me :D

You're right. This drama is deceiving with the first episode. It was so funny that I thought it was going to be a rom-com of sort. Then by episode 8, my heart goes out to the couple for not being able to be together because of their statuses. It's so sad.

I guess she is not much different from most parents saying, "See how much I've sacrificed to bring you to this world. Now you have to listen to me and do as I say ...." Typical eastern and western parents alike. For this nanny, I do empathize with her because she has sacrificed her own daughter so that she can save Lin Shao Chun for her to clear her father's name. In the old days, a person's name and reputation were more important than life itself. If Lin Shao Chun doesn't clear her father's name, then the nanny's sacrifices become "for nothing".

First time seeing such an amazing third party in a love triangle. Love that high self-esteemed character, Yao Di Zhu.

This drama is getting so good, so exciting. Love it!

You're right. After completing, now I understand her character better. But she is confusing which I attribute to poor acting.

Talking about tear jerking xian xia dramas, I find CQL (The Untamed) most heart breaking. I couldn't get over the drama for months :)

It's quite an enjoyable ride.
