On Hu Ge Feb 9, 2017
Person Hu Ge
Are you as excited about Game of Hunting as I am?! ;) Looking forward to it. Sadly it will be the last drama from Hu Ge in some time. They say he's going abroad (I don't know where) to study. Well, that's great for him and I wish him luck! But, you know... just want more from him asap. ;)

He mentions his plans for 2017, English subs:

Oh! Thank you! I didn't know this. It makes me relieved to know, I've been wondering why all dramas I'm excited for won't come until the end of the year. *lol*

honestly I'm on episode 5 and considering dropping this drama. I thought episode 1 was perfect. it was serious,…
If you feel this way, drop it. I watched the whole thing and in the end I rated it 4. I liked the first two or so episode but it went downhill quickly... as you have seen. Episodes too long, it got draggy (the whole drama could easily have been for episodes shorter) and I didn't feel the romance at all and I didn't really like Goblin as a character. I did like the chemistry between the male leads and most scenes with Grim Reaper were fun to watch. I also liked the scenes with the ghosts and some other moments here and there. But the story has plot holes and things that don't make sense. I don't really regret watching it but I wouldn't recommend it! My opinion is unpopular (just look at the rating - 9.2!) but that's how I feel about it.

"Winter always came to my mind when I think about good crime stories - usually the best crime stories happen…
Usually only Denmark, Noway and Sweden are included in the term "Scandinavia", and if you add Iceland and Finland you have "The Nordic"... but this is mostly if you speak Swedish. In English, Scandinavia usually refers to all of us! :)

I agree with you, I felt the same way when I was watching this! I can't wait to see what happens next season.
On On the Way to the Airport Dec 7, 2016
I think this is a wonderful drama, very beautiful to watch, heartwarming and sweet. Not too much over the top hate, revenge, evil plotting etc... even though the emotions are intense and sometimes painful, this is never dark. A lot of my love for this drama is because the leads have a beautiful, natural chemistry, they are both so sweet and kind. Especially Do Woo is a wonderful man; patient, protective and understanding. Probably too good to be true but I don't care.

For me it's the best romance drama I've watched in a very long time and even one of the best dramas I've watched this year.

Review Long Vacation
Hm, I'm sad to hear it wasn't better than that but if Takenouchi alone makes it worth the watch... I'll probably watch it some point. :)
On Go! Goal! Fighting! Nov 7, 2016
I just watched episode 24 and I don't want this to end! Yes, it is a bit predicable but is doesn't bother me because everything is well done, and all the emotions and everything that's going on between the characters... it's convincing enough for me. It's a feelgood drama and it's just doing what feelgood stories do best... you know? I enjoy watching it so much.

Amazing review! You should do more reviews. I love your comparison to a bowl of candy XD
Thank you. :) To be honest I began thinking about how to review it long before I finished it, because every other review was praising it so much...

Ever since I watched the last episode of Ode to Joy I've been looking forward to season 2. I loved it so much.

Nirvana in Fire was so amazing beyond words, so I have very mixed feelings about a sequel. I'll watch it for sure. I also think most of the other ones sound promising. (Most of all, though, I want to see Hu Ge and Wang Kai and Jin Dong together again! The Disguiser 2, perhaps?!)

Aren't you all glad I've finally completed this?! Now you won't have to read anything more about it...
