watch people loving that psycho stalker but hating on ahjin
I said this in the comments and I got attacked for it. I said it, people are more accepting of villain MLs than FLs because of sexism... all of a sudden I'm the bad guy for pointing this out lmaooo
ive been on many divisive comments sections, but this is by far the weirdest. it's like some people here don't…
People gotta understand this lol
1. The show is not encouraging violence, yes. 2. The show is not painting Ah-Jin as a good person. At all. If I'm correct, she's a sociopath? 3. People are allowed to root for her as much as they're allowed to NOT do so. There's people who like villain protagonists and people who don't. Both are valid.
I need to start this show ASAP with the way people are in a war in this comment section. 😭💀
Today's episode was good. Not amazing, but good enough for me.
YC becoming obsessed with SH is so cliche... like I said, she bores me. She's just annoying and I can't stand her, I want her gone already. Also, damn these previews! Why would HR not stay on the phone to listen to what JW has to say? Ah well, I expect the truth to come out soon enough... I'm glad that HR is starting to suspect YC now.
Also??? HR setting up her own car accident? So she *DID* intentionally abandon JW/SA then! I hope this bitch rots. JW, BURN THEM ALL DOWN!!!! With JW, she needs to get her head back in the game. Don't let your dad derail you! That dad, though, he's definitely a goner... maybe his death will change JW and make her more ruthless. Right now, she's softening a bit. This is what I was kinda worried about... 😭
At this point, SH is the real ML, *NOT* HN. SH's reaction and behavior is reasonable, idc. He loves JW, and JW is starting to fall for him, slowly but surely. So don't divorce... let's start over. ❤ And don't let YC break you two apart. Ah, and does Manager Gu sleep in a suit? Dude just ran into the living room at 2 am in a FULL SUIT & TIE LMFAOOOO he's one of my favorite characters. A lovable idiot. I like him, NS, JW, and Chef Hong.
I really do love the directing & filming of this drama, it doesn't feel like a daily at all. My rating hasn't changed so far... still a 9/10. If this continues and improves even further, this might be one of the VERY few daily dramas that I give a 10/10 to. And I don't do that with too many dramas in general.
Where are you watching this? if it's on a pirate site i wont because my internet security suite goes nuts when…
Kocowa loves having only 5 daily dramas on their site for some reason 😭 it's annoying. I think it was there at one point, but they might've taken it off!
I'm (re)watching Secrets and Lies which is good right now. Villain FL. I heard that Family Secrets is great too.…
Jeon No-Min is the evil(?) chairman in Woman Who Swallowed The Sun, Lee Il-Hwa plays the deadbeat mom in A Graceful Liar. I last saw Kim Hye-Sun in Vengeance of the Bride (small role or a cameo, I can't remember.) There's so many different actors, I tend to mix them up too lol

One reason why I prefer Kocowa over Viki, also Viki tries to make you pay for every damn thing lol. I'll DM you the link, and you're welcome in advance!

Nah, nah. I think I was halfway through, but lemme list 3 reasons why I dropped it (then came back):
1. Shin Hwa-Kyung being the FL, not Han Woo-Jung. When I first watched, I thought Woo-Jung was the most boring and dumbest FL on the planet in 2018. While I was talking with another fan on Twitter last year, she told me that Hwa-Kyung was the FL and a villain (by now I was already a fan of villain protagonists and wanted to find k-dramas with villain FLs.) So I decided to check it out, and THEN I realized that Hwa-Kyung was meant to be the FL all along. I stuck it out and I'm enjoying it far more than I first was. 2. The plot/pacing. I felt like it dragged on forever... and forever. I wasn't interested and quit watching for a while. Then I saw part of the ending and I HATED IT. No spoilers, but when I get there and understand what happened, I think my feelings would be completely different now. 3. The acting. Absolutely despised it for some reason. This is a weird one because I actually enjoy dailies now lol but Woo-Jung's actress made me angry with how bad she was. I still feel this way about Woo-Jung now (I skip her scenes. Literally can't stand her damn FACE let alone her voice lmaoooo), but out of the younger cast, Hwa-Kyung and Jae-Bin's actors were the best. As for the older cast, all of the veteran actors (the grandpa/chairman, Jeon No-Min, Lee Il-Hwa, Kim Hye-Sun, and Jae-Bin & Do-Bin's parents) killed it!
But I highly recommend Secrets and Lies. Great drama so far for me.

Unfortunately it is, but there should be a playlist on YouTube where you can watch clips. I also think it's possible that it's on Viki. OTTV is another site (I can DM you the link) and there are no pop-ups or weird ads.
When a drama like this has the protagonist do stupid things, do you just drop the drama when you've watched 40+…
I usually take a break. If it's constant and never gets any better, that's when I drop the drama. But usually daily revenge dramas have a turnaround at some point. It's why I liked Queen's House so much.

I'm only rewatching (and usually do this) this drama because I dropped it years ago when it was first on. I didn't get to this part on the first watch... it's kinda like trying a food you hated at first, then liking it the second time.
