I'm not feeling it rn but they did show the cheating scene at the very start which makes me at least a little hopeful for some continuity and it being addressed? But who knows. Maybe they themselves don't even know lol
Anyway Yunje keeps pissing me off (him, as a character ofc) with his lingering touches and I have a hard time making the mental shift from how he was portrayed as a "villain" previously and now suddenly even Jihan's all good with him.
Yeahh I don't get the people saying HM is more enjoyable/better than The Boyfriend at all! Of course I'd love more episodes and longer ones, but even so, I prefer this show. I really liked the hosts' input as well. To each their own of course, but I THOROUGHLY felt so much closer and connected to these people than to anyone (maybe except Junseong) from HM.
Even though Shun at the start had me a little frustrated, he grew on me just like everyone else, and I think what he told Dai at the beach in the finale speaks volumes of who he is as a person. I don't see Ikuo as a bad guy for confessing his feelings to Dai, he did so very respectfully and knowing of DaiShun's relationship and I felt he just needed to at least get it out there and tell Dai. It might've been sneaky and sly due to the situation, or it might not have been, I doubt we'll ever know.
This show has meant so much to me mentally and as an emotional learning experience, I'm very grateful. Praying pretty please for many more seasons to come!!!
The crazy fans in FirstKhao do not accept that JoongDunk is much more popular in Thailand than their favorites.…
Ok, so, why do you care? What and who is this comment for? Since in your words JD are more popular and get more views, can't you just ignore these "crazy" fans (that you're imagining cause literally where they at)? This is such a nonsense comment only aimed at stirring the pot and be hostile for no reason lmfao
That also instantly reminded of Wandee Goodday πΏ
At this point I don't need them to officially become a couple cause they already are. This is the pinnacle of the "didn't know they were dating" trope π³
As much as I hate ming Joe's hesitation makes me want them to end up together
They kinda deserve each other at this point π€·ββοΈ Makes me wonder not for the first time if in a twisted way Joe's into being pursued by someone like Ming but that's just a theory, nobody come for me pls π
I think it's so interesting that Joe is clearly able to set boundaries with Sol and Tharn but Ming is able to pierce right through it. It's not because Ming is physically stronger or anything, Joe's literally a ripped asf stuntman, and yet... π€·ββοΈ man's has such an obvious weak spot for Ming lmfao
I'm trying so hard to understand the Tan and Fang hype :') I don't get it!! They barely get screen time so I cannot…
Long reply incoming sorry in advance sksk
I doubt I'm in the majority with this perspective idk but honestly? The fact they don't get as much screen time is a big pro for me because I'm a fanfic writer haha. I connect much more with side ships because there's so much more room to explore their relationship than the main ship that is often pretty cookie cutter and straightforward from beginning to end (in MY opinion). So there's an appeal in the fact there's a lot of time in the series unaccounted for them, if that makes sense.
+ the enemies to lovers vibe is just π³ gets me every fucking time
+ I love AouBoom they were the only good thing in Hidden Agenda πΏ
I do wish we got some more screentime with them, I think that'd help a lot, but alas, this series is quite packed with couples and I guess TanFang just aren't a priority, which I kinda expected given how quickly they started dating and the lack of conflict between them. Though that's also why my fanfic brain is having a field day with them haha, even if it could do with some more screentime.
To be fair, vol 1 was testing the waters but now that CBL has a dedicated audience they can try longer story arcs;…
I mean sure, but if that's how the people behind CBL thought about it as well, ie volume 1 was for testing the waters, they shoulda not set up plot points beyond their ability to follow up upon. It could've been a self-contained first volume.
I think they might've just bitten off more than they could chew π€·ββοΈ
Also fyi I'm not like, mad at the actors or anything or even the team behind CBL, it's just part of the creation process, buttttt I was still disappointed.
Ok, there is literally no way im believing that sol is suspicious of the new joe for breaking into old joes house…
On God I agree, literally thought the same. Like maybe if Sol had Ming's insane Joe Detection Senseβ’ I'd believe it but I ain't buying it in Sol's case πΏ
But who knows. Maybe they themselves don't even know lol

Kiss in the first episode why not
