Loved it! Now re-watching... the actors are amazing, costumes, cinematography is on point. I am at a loss of words...what else to say!.. anyway, how sure are we that China pulled the film not because of plagiarism but the major BL vibes...?
2.) I also hate it when the drama sets up the male lead and main supporting character in such a way - it is more natural for them to end up together than either on them - with the female lead. It is super cruel, characters don't end up with their "soulmate" (which is the main point of 90% of Kdramas) and the woman is basically the beard in her own "story"...
Movie was good, especially if you have not read the manga. The plot line was quite different at points from the original story line. However, the fight scenes and OST were awesome and favourite actors of mine were in it. Overall very good, but not a particularly faithful to the manga adaptation.
The drama really shows well the human element in such conflicts - Se Ri and the women of that village will never meet again, she also will never meet the soldier company and Ri Jung Hyuk...
Good drama, I decided to watch it because of Cha In Ha's and Jang Yoo Sang's storyline, loved all the other side characters. I am sad for us losing such amazing actor, Cha In Ha will be missed.
Easily one of the best dramas ever, not only Korean, but worldwide. This is a premium luxurious drama for us true…
Yes. However, if it was American I gather it wouldn't be as good. TV Shows are almost exclusively too melodramatic with bad acting even if there are exceptions (which also get prematurely canceled).
This was just unbelievable, finished the drama yesterday and have already re-watched the last episode twice. A spectacular study on human nature - indeed no matter the situation, the ones making it hell are always other people. Incredible acting, music, cinematography and everything really.
