Lol it's a reason we got this sweet, mild, side of MRJ. I'm really glad they established it this early. Because…
Yep!!! I'm glad someone else sees it.
That scene in ep 13 wouldn't have had such an impact if they hadn't humanize MRJ in the beginning. If he had been all bad and nothing else, viewers wouldn't have felt an emotional connection to him when that scene happened.
Lol it's a reason we got this sweet, mild, side of MRJ. I'm really glad they established it this early. Because…
I understand. But if they hadn't humanize him first, then episode 13 (the final 10 mins) wouldn't have had such a big emotional impact like it did.
Apparently, "that scene" in episode 13 (you will know once you watch it) was also in the novel, but according to novel readers, instead of sympathizing with him, they thought he deserved it and laughed at him, because of how curel he was in the novel. It didn't had such an emotional impact on readers like the shows version had.
So yea, it's good we got to see his softer side before we got that scene. Because it's such an important aspect of his character.
Also, apparently "that scene" in ep 13 has had a high impact on netizens. Everyone is praising how well LYX acted it out!
Okay yall, I've been craving some silly, fluffy, romance shows. I have watched too many heavy shows lately. So now I just want to watch something I don't have to put too much attention into. Lol
Please recommend me something light and fluffy? (Maybe I haven't seen it yet).
Ep. 12 made me fee so so so disappointed in Mei Lin... I felt so bad for Murong Jing He especially when he picked…
I mean, they were pretending to date each other... Mei Lin has never been in love or knows what love is, (she's an assassin who has had a single purpose for the past 10 yrs. Revenge.) but still, she was starting to fall in love with MRJ even though he never for sure said he liked her... So of course, she would be hurt by what she thought he did.
She didn't crumple the painting out of spite. She was just following what her friend said about doing a ritual that will help her forget MRJ. Mei Lin was hurt because she was already in love with MRJ
Their relationship wasn't confirmed at this point, so why should she regret anything?? And guess what happened the next episode??? she's the one who saved him from BIG embarrassment. Lol
I'm on episode 7 and the last few episodes took me a couple of days to complete. I was so excited with the first…
Lol it's a reason we got this sweet, mild, side of MRJ. I'm really glad they established it this early. Because once you get to episode 13(the last ten minutes) you will understand why they try to humanize him this early in the show. Everything will make sense.
I was a little bit disappointed too in the beginning. But once I watched episode 13... I was like "hah, makes sense" 😠So now I'm happy they show that soft side of him in the beginning.
I would like one of these drama to have at least one likeable lead.....Everyone sucks....
That's your opinion, right? Lol cause that's not fact.
You were here a few days ago with the same comment and some us told you that it might just not be your type of drama. Yet you persist and still make the same comment.
Why don't you just let it go. Not every drama is for everyone. Hope you find one you like soon!
It looks interesting, but newly released dramas' ratings are usually higher than 8.4, is it worth watching? (romance,…
It's worth it. It's an amazing story with everything you listed. It's a mature love story.
Lol that's all I can really say. You have to watch for yourself and decide. Don't always go by ratings cause many factors influence that. And also, not a lot of people that are watching rates shows in the beginning.
Also, not all newly released drama ratings are high from the get-go...
It's really good so far. It's a very mature relationship. Here's a quick summary for you based on the 13 episodes…
I kinda get that idea from your comment, that's why I felt like I had to break it down for you. Lol.
Most people don't understand a give and take relationship and always just boil it down to the ML being a "simp" or whatever... In this show, they are both, for a lack of better word, "simps" for eachother.
There's a simple understanding between them that makes their interactions enjoyable to watch. They look after eachother. Take for example, the last 10 mins of the recently aired ep 13. It's truly one of the most heart breaking moments for ML in this show so far. And thank god FL was there and provided the necessary understanding without saying a word. Once you watch it, you will understand what I mean.
13 episodes out so far and their relationship is masterly built.
I'll be honest, I'm glad the drama got more interesting again. Even though I love both main leads and their performances,…
Lol you are right. It did feel boring for a few episodes because it was dialogue heavy.
But I wasn't too worried because I knew they had to introduce the characters to us. The characters are too complex for them to rush the introduction parts. So I'm glad they took it slowly and let us get used to their personalities and understand why each make the decision they make.
Another reason I wasn't worried was because it was nice that they established the MC relationship during this time.
Now that everyone with a stake in the plot has been introduced and their motivations revealed, the plot is picking up again!! I'm excited to see how everything plays out!!
I really liked it. Even if the ending was a little meh..😂
I just found "Stairway to Stardom" and started watching it because it has Song Yi as FL and I like her.
It's really silly, just what I'm looking for😂

I love mini dramas!

Must sucks to be them💀

ML and FL are both using their own
