So you’re saying that it’s okay for her to lie to people as long as she gets what she wants? Why is she so…
But she already got the job and worked with him for a while. He even paid off the loan shark bill. She knew he was a good person. Why didn’t she trust him enough by telling him the truth? She kept lying to him repeatedly and that makes it worse imo.
My heart says they will kiss in the the rain in the preview of the next episode after the whole revelation ! Say…
So after he learns the truth he’s supposed to just say oh well… let’s kiss? Wouldn’t he feel at least a little resentful towards her for putting him through all of that agony? This drama has 14 episodes so I suspect the screenwriter will drag out the plot a lot more.
I feel like some of ya'll think the lie is insignificant. She doesn't know that he won't be upset. She doesn't…
So you’re saying that it’s okay for her to lie to people as long as she gets what she wants?
Why is she so unaware of the hurt she’s causing by lying and not truthfully communicating with the people around her.
It’s almost 2026 and the screenwriter is making her look like a weak woman that needs someone to rescue her. Is that the type of FL that we currently want in kdramas?
While the FL may come across as selfish, when you really think about her circumstances, it's understandable why…
Why doesn’t FL tell SML about her trip to Jeju and her dynamite kiss with the ML? Wouldn’t that help him understand he needs to back off and just return to being her long time friend again? Why can’t she solve her own problems by simply communicating with both the SML and ML?
At this point the FL appears to be either selfish or just plain stupid. I liked her at first but now the writer has make her weak person who continually causes pain and trouble for others. She’s a grown woman who needs to stop relying on the men in her life to solve her problems. She needs to rescue herself.
I don't blame seon u for trying to hold onto darim. He has his own flaws and they're not bigger than darim, jihyuk…
He’s not trying to hold onto Darim. He never held her. He was never in a couples relationship with her. He was in a relationship with another woman and had a child with that woman.
Seon U and Darim were just friends all of those years. He didn’t see her as a romantic partner until she got a job and someone else was interested in her. He needs to back off and let her live her life the way she wants. She’s given him more than enough hints that she sees him as just a friend. Even Darim’s mother said they’re just friends.
Friends offer emotional support when you need it. Friends don’t get in your way and they don’t tell you to quit the job you so desperately needed. Her job means more to her than just money. Darim’s job is helping to get back her self esteem.
The last few minutes of episode 7 shows the ML pushing to quickly get married to 2FL. Do you think that’s enough to make FL come clean to him about her real marital status?
I hate that in many kdramas the main couple don’t get together until the last episode. It’s like the writers have no idea how to write about a couple’s healthy relationship. They only know how to write about couples conflicts.
Haven't watched last episode yet and I'm unsure if I should continue... Did she still not tell him she's not married?…
Episode 7 can be skipped. It didn’t actually move the main plot along. The 2ML has become delusional and acts as if he’s the FL’s real husband. (imo he really crossed the line in this episode by telling her what to do with her life.)
There was no comedy in episode 7. Maybe episode 8 will be better. This is still a better than average drama so don’t give up on it yet.
Why rating drop? This is the best drama I've seen this year.
There are multiple reasons but basically viewers are losing patience. The plot is dragging out the reveal of FL’s true marital status. It was amusing at first but it’s becoming painful to watch how her lie is negatively affecting so many others.
In episode 7 the screenwriters forgot to sprinkle in even a dash of comedy amongst all of the angst. At this point some viewers are wondering if the screenwriters have forgotten that this is supposed to be a romantic comedy.
I'm finding the main couple's acting quite cringey and a bit too much. The FL for some reason lost weight and…
Over-the-top reactions for characters is a key trope in classic rom coms. While overreacting may be unrealistic it is an intentional stylistic technique and is quite normal within the context of rom coms. Comparing the actors previous performances when they acted in other genres is an unfair comparison. All of the actors in this show are doing an excellent job in this classic type rom com.
Some people don’t enjoy classic rom coms because they are unrealistic. Maybe you fall into that category and this type of show is just not for you. It’s okay.
Netflix added it! So nostalgic one of my favorite shows when I first started watching kdramas I still listen to…
I was excited to see that Netflix recently added this rom-com along with many other older kdramas. I’ve watched this show so many times on other sites that I’ve lost count.
I just watched the Netflix version and unfortunately they cut out some scenes in order to make each episode closer to 1 hour long. I was disappointed with the way Netflix edited this show. ☹️ But if you haven’t watched this wacky rom-com before it is still quirky and cute even with Netflix editing.
predictably i did start to like this less after the soul swap. pre swap the fl's main draw was that she was fearless,…
I totally agree. When Dal I is in the Prince’s body she becomes the stereotypical weak, overly emotional female who’s not too bright. Her clever resourceful personality completely disappeared when they soul swapped. It’s 2025 and by now the screenwriter should know better than to write his prejudices into a drama script.
Both the ML and FL are struggling with their moral choices. ML is trying to keep their relationship professional but finds it extremely difficult to stop trying to solve her personal problems. The FL has developed stomach issues because she’s torn between keeping her job to help her family’s finances or risking her job by telling the truth. Neither of the leads is frivolously playing with anything.
I appreciate that both the ML and FL are not perfect individuals. They’re flawed and that’s what makes their characters have depth. Both characters are more complex, realistic, and relatable because of their imperfections. Watching them both struggle to do better gives a sense of hope. I can see the potential for change and growth in these characters.
This show is stressing me out and I am not rooting for any of these people to get into a relationship... I force…
A rom com shouldn’t stress you out. Please don’t force yourself to watch this (or any other) show. If you don’t enjoy something then it’s perfectly okay to drop it. Find something that you do enjoy. It’s okay to have tastes that differ from the majority. Don’t let FOMO ruin your personal time.
Cant believe 2 ml can't see she just thinks of him as a friend its so obvious!!!! Love the leads i love how much…
He absolutely knows that she sees him as only a friend. He’s not thinking rationally because believes that he can change her mind about their relationship. Strong emotions can prevent people from thinking clearly.
Why is she so unaware of the hurt she’s causing by lying and not truthfully communicating with the people around her.

But she needs to grow a backbone and tell the 2ML to back off. She also needs to admit that she has feelings for the ML.
