This is my first drama watching Won Ji An - and I must say even a lot of senior/popular leading ladies are not able to emote a lot through just facial expressions.
But Won Ji An - is able to express so many things - anger/confusion/surprise/blushing/sorrow and so many more by just her expressions alone. Sometimes even with a straight face but expressive eyes and corner of her mouth - she does so.

Q2 - Your theory does make sense. Especially since Ep 11 trailer shows Mr Ko sharing that Hae Sun was killed cause of him. Trickster very well goes with his Cat Persona, kind of like the cheshire cat in Alice in Wonderland stories.
Yeah, maybe the curse existed before and hence they were hunting for the vampires for cure to live longer and even be immortal.
I thought that the man who was shot by the arrow (the hunter) seemed like a guy in his 30s-40s. So the act of being shot at the heart made the start of the curse. That the male members of the family die due to some heart conditions around that age, which otherwise cannot be explained by the doctors.
But yes, it could very well be a curse prior to that event as well.
I'm usually not into slow burn romances but I love how the attraction between In Hae and Woo Hyeol slowly progressed…
That dance scene was really beautiful - nothing over the top, with crazy camera angles/zooms or heart bokeh effects. Even the music is hardly there, just a simple tune and we just focus on the ML and FL - and how there are feelings but they don't realise it yet. Also - that look Woo Hyeol gives as he standing on the upper floor and looks fondly at In Hee *cute*.
And yes, with the Ep 11 teaser - what did Mr Ko do? I kind of thought he would not just be a kind guiding spirit, after all the world works on give-and-take as Rose pointed out. So looks like he is helping SWH in order to help himself be free from some guilt of the past.
Do-Shik and Ms Na are definitely going to bring their ugly side for sure. They are too smiley face and kind hearted so far. So much niceness definitely means some plotting. Teaser did show Ms Na is definitely not pleased with the development.
Also, what is the relationship between Ms Na and the bad vampire? How did they form an alliance and he is acting as her henchman?
In Hae's father and where is the missing gold? Too many questions and the wait is super long!

Had this question cause in Ep 9 -10, we have his videos being taken, and the SML has a spy taking ML and his friends' photographs on their rooftops. Further the SFL asked ML to take a picture together at the party. All was confusing me - that what is the connect?
Q2: Did the vampire hunter of the past died as he was shot in the heart (hence the curse is there in the family of SML of premature death)?
Or is he the same guy who has written that Vampire record book? If he is the same, then that means he did not die at the place where Hae Sun died. That itself makes no sense cause: 1. why did Woo-Hyeol not kill him since he was furious? 2. Let's assume that he did not immediately die, but overtime became weak cause of the wound and then died. (In that case - the curse is continuing in his family)
But then when did he have the time to search about the cure - the concept of half-vampires and that too with a scar? Like how did he make that discovery? (How random and funny is this 🤣)

I really hope it is a great drama, as I am eagerly waiting to watch Yeon Woo Jin. My first drama of his was Marriage, Not Dating which is such an underrated drama. Thereafter I did see him in My Introverted Boss, where he was good but the story was sub par.
So here's hoping to see him with this strong cast in a great drama! * fingers-crossed *
Please be a good drama this time. He's wasted so much time and talent in bad dramas already!
You mean like Moonshine? 😭😭😭 I fell in love with him in I am Not a Robot and Memorist, even My Strange Hero was cute! And so everything else pales in comparison so even I hope his talent is not wasted and hopefully he gets better scripts!
I am rewatching this drama for the second time! And while my initial love was solely towards watching more of SakaKen, as I rewatched my admiration for Seino Nana grew.
I mean I loved her the first time as well (she was a strong female lead - the way I prefer, instead of being a damsel in distress) but next times were more wonderful.
Any changes from the original? Like romance or something?
None, and that's okay it is not the focus of the drama. But you can count two cases as exceptions: - the unrequited feelings of Sakurai and Oyama (still hoping for a reunion) - in the movie, there's an opening for Saegusa to have a romantic interest in someone, but it is short lived/open ended.
