It's hard to decide between The Heart Killers and My Golden Blood. They're pretty much tied on my excitement level. I'm also super nervous about both of them not living up to my expectations or hopes. So I'm freaking out about them, lol.

I also can't wait for Revamp, Thame-Po, The Ex Morning, and Ossan's Love. <3

He was in 3 Will Be Free, which had BL elements, but yeah, seeing him in a focused m/m love story will be amazing. Especially with Gawin. ESPECIALLY vampires.

Since Pluto got the Saturday slot, The Heart Killers will most likely take over for the Friday slot, and this is due to air in either December or January, I'm predicting now that it'll be the Thursday slot at the beginning of 2025. I wanted to see this sooner, but that's closer than it seems, at least.

There's also the Sunday slot which I assumed would go to Ossan's Love, but maybe this will take it instead. Either way, both slots open at the very end of December or the beginning/middle of January.

Yes, I'm well aware. I mean, that's what I said, but I was corrected by actual people who apparently know more about the programming. It doesn't make sense to me either, but that's what people are saying, that the slot that usually goes to GMMTV is being taken by Fourever You. I never said it was a GMMTV production. I explicitly said multiple times that it wasn't.

They are, hon. That's what I was trying to explain to you. It's already been decided. I was confused at first too, but apparently it's something that happens on rare occasions. Maybe they'll switch time slots around though. Who knows.

I know. x_x Weirdly this isn't even a rerun. It's another company's BL. And it's super long, so it'll air into January.

But you never know. There might be another platform for some of these, as has happened in the past with a couple shows like Cupid's Last Wish. Either way, I hope they're able to start being more on top of releases. I can't claim to understand what's going on behind the scenes, but they often struggle with set backs that seem to reflect a lack of organization. But who knows. Fingers crossed we get all of the shows before 2026.

I think you missed a big chunk of what i said. The Thursday slot is gone for the rest ofcthe year, unless sometime changes. I guess we'll find out very soon, but I'm gonna go ahead and assume Thursday is off the table so as to avoid disappointment if it is. If it isn't, that changes things, of course, but it's hard to say what gmmtv might do as far as online releases.

Allegedly we're getting the 2025 expo in October, just like last year. The year before that was December, though, so it could get pushed. Here's hoping it comes in the next few weeks. I'm dying yo see what's ahead, even with a good 18 shows from the last expo still up in the air.

I would also prefer Saturday for Thame-Po and Sunday for Pluto, but some people were insisting the slot won't open again until November due to something airing after the rerun. They may know something I don't. But I guess we'll see. At least there's a chance we'll get both on the weekend, even if the days are swapped.

Yeah, it'll be interesting to see what the final result is! Trying to put the puzzle together helps me not to lose my mind waiting for these things to come out, haha. I think when Pluto gets its official release date, that'll help us to make some more confident guesses about the other days.

The trailers we see when the shows are announced are called pilot trailers. They're filmed specifically to promote the show and contain no footage from the final product. That's why you'll see full trailers for shows that never come out, sadly. The show itself was never actually filmed. So all Thai shows, or the vast majority, at least, have two trailers. The pilot, which comes before the show films, and the official trailer, which is the first trailer with actual content from the final product. So yes, there would have been a new trailer even without cast changes.

So, sadly, I was right about Sunday. A rerun. It's a short rerun, though, so I had hope, but there were arguments that whatever airs there won't air until November, meaning it wouldn't be Pluto. I don't know, it still seemed to line up, but it's hard to say. I no longer think Ossan's Love will air this year, but if it does, it isn't likely to be on Sunday. I was also told that the slot for Thursday is allegedly being filled by Fourever You, which is a Studio Wabisabi production, but apparently it does rarely give the slot to other companies. The bad news is that that show is 16 episodes long, meaning Thursday is off the table for the rest of the year, unless they do an online release for one of the shows, like with Homeschool, etc.

That also means the Wed-Thurs theory is out for Perfect 10 Liners, but hey, maybe they really will change their history of only doing het shows on M+T slots and give the December opening to that show.

If all of that is correct, that would mean Pluto would indeed have to air on Saturday in order to debut in October. As for Thame-Po, if it does come this year, maybe it'll get a Wednesday slot when it comes up. Or maybe it'll take over the Sunday slot after all.

The Heart Killers seems most likely to take the Friday slot after Kidnap. So that would just leave Break Up Service for things airing this year. This is all assuming none of them are online only releases, at least initially. So who's to say.

Maybe this is more idealized, but perhaps the new schedule will look more like this:

MON/TUES: (now) Summer Night -> (oct) High School Frenemy -> (dec) Perfect 10 Liners
WED: (now) Peaceful Property -> (nov) Break Up Service
THUR: (now) Rerun -> (sept) Rerun -> (oct) Non-GMMTV show
FRI: (now) Kidnap -> (nov/dec) The Heart Killers
SAT: (now) Rerun -> (oct) Pluto
SUN: (now) Rerun -> (oct/nov) Thame-Po

Every update gives us more info on this stuff, lol. I'm really itching to know the final schedule.

Can anyone tell me what the LGBT portion is? I see it says there's a bisexual supporting character. Is that person male, female, non-binary, etc? Are they significant? I'm asking because I keep a list for m/m and f/f upcoming content, and I'm trying to figure out if this belongs on either of those lists. I can't find any clear info on it, though. Does this have any same sex romance?

Thank you for the info! Man, what a long run. But actually, now that I think about it, I guess I'm just so used to shorter shows these days, and I haven't watched a longer western show in so long that I forgot that was the US standard for a long time. Every show aired for like 18-26 weeks per season. Anyway, I'm rambling, but thank you for the response!

It looks like my second guess for Pluto--as we had erroneously agreed that Thame-Po was likely for the Saturday slot instead--is correct. Seems like Pluto is likely to take the Saturday slot in October, though nothing is confirmed yet. I think Thame-Po looked like it would be done by then, so I was thinking it'd air on Saturday after the rerun, but I didn't take into account that they'd have to pause filming for concert dates. The show does star their active band, so I guess it makes sense. I need to reconfigure now, lol, because it might come out when I guessed Pluto would, but it might not.

My main guess as far as a switch is that despite rumors, Perfect 10 Liners isn't airing this year after all, leaving the Wednesday and Thursday slots open. But I guess we'll see. That one was also said to air in October though, which doesn't make sense with what's available. This has to be twice a week, not once a week, given the length. And I would be absolutely shocked if this took over MonTues instead of High School Frenemy. But I guess you never know!

EDIT: Actually, you know , if it really airs in October, it actually could be on Sunday after all. Now that I think about it, maybe they'll push it a little after The Trainee ends. I know a lot of people were hoping it'd take the Sunday space, and that does make a lot of sense for a hyped GL project. But I'm still not so sure Thame-Po will be ready for Saturday anymore. I'd love if it was, but, you know. I'm excited to see new developments one way or another, but I mostly just REALLY want to be wrong about my guess that Sunday will be another rerun.

EDIT 2: I completely forgot it could still take the Thursday slot. I left a comment about it, then it left my mind completely. They have a short thing airing in September, so Thursday is less likely to be a rerun now. Fingers crossed that Pluto or one of the others takes the Thursday spot in October.

Dear lord. Thanks for the heads up. Fortunately GMMTV (and adaptations in general) tend to filter out a lot of the melodramatic spewing and toxic crap. Not all of it, but I have yet to see a show be anywhere near as disgusting as its book. At least as far as BL goes. I haven't seen enough GL (and I don't really watch het) to speak widely, but I do know that most BL shows had to write out assault between couples that made zero freaking sense. Thank god for the adaptation process in Thailand.

It was between this and Pluto as far as which show would get the Saturday slot, and it looks like Pluto will be getting that slot instead. I think due to concert schedules, this won't finish filming as quickly as it seemed it would initially. So we'll probably see it in November instead, when there are a few slots open.

Hey, can anyone who watched other longer Studio Wabisabi projects back in the day tell me how this will likely air? Did Until We Meet Again air once a week or twice a week? I didn't discover Thai dramas until 2021, so I'm not sure how this company handles anything longer than 12 episodes. (Asking because I keep a calendar of when BL is airing as a general record.)

I keep hearing something like this every year or so, haha. I'm afraid to get my hopes up, but I'll move this back when we get some solid confirmation this time. I'm not sure what the issue is with this one, but it seems like every time it gets started, it crumbles again. :( Hopefully fourth time is a charm!
