Just started and not sure I can take the pouty, ‘baby’ voice of the FL for 36 episodes - seriously, can we…
Well I guess you don’t have to watch it then. It’s her natural voice. It’s like saying why does this person have to be so skinny or fat or short haired or long haired. It’s also cultural. Never see anyone complaining about Japanese women who speak 8 octaves higher than the average woman so why is it all of a sudden a problem with this one character in a Cdrama. If you’re trying to make a statement about women and culture then ok go ahead but if it’s about the drama, it’s easy. Just don’t watch it, nothing to complain to the group about.
And sorry, it’s not you but it’s just an accumulation of people who are complaining about her voice like she can do something about it. I am not meaning to pick on you so I apologize. Just getting tired of comments About her voice I guess.
I really liked her in the Untamed and Ever Night. But then I saw her in Wonderland 2 and her real personality which was a bit of a turn off. I was so surprised how different she was from her characters. I mean, I guess that’s good acting then. I think she picks good dramas so I don’t think I’ll mind watching her. Just really surprised by her personality.
With the international fans and how popular he has gotten, I hope he doesn’t get targeted. I know the government doesn’t like any one celebrity becoming too popular, especially internationally. I hope they don’t make up some crazy story and scandal. From what I can tell from his various variety shows he seems like a good-natured and easy-going guy. He is polite, positive, loves his family and has had a modest but well-mannered upbringing. He works hard, tries hard and is smart enough to recognize his shortcomings. I like that and he seems like a good person to support and watch grow and develop into a great actor. I hope nobody tries to cut that short for him and allow him to reach success in peace. 🙏🏻🧧🍀
Does anyone know the names of the production team, like costume, art director, hair and makeup and sound? I want to watch their other dramas they were so good here
I’m so happy how successful this drama is. It’s not even just successful but it’s trending in so many ways, with everyone doing the Moon Tribe greetings and the bgm playing on every variety show. I feel like it’s become not just a high rating well-made drama but created something of a CLJ trend or hot topic. I’m just really happy that it’s doing well~ 😊😊❤️
Dropped this at ep10 picking back up now but STILL cant seem to get into it :-( its the story line thats throwing…
If you didn’t like it to Ep 10 then you won’t like the rest because it’s all sinkhole downhill from there. Unfortunately I watched it to the end and I just regret it bc it made me so angry how bad the several last episodes are. Like, what happened to the writers??? Reminds me of I’ll Never Let You Go and the ending there
Unfortunately, I agree with you. I hoped we would see in the second half what happened to Naksu's father and she…
You just said everything I was thinking! Like, what the heck happened? And they had so much material to work with! I really thought they would do a much better reveal with Naksu’s sword. I mean they made a big to-do about the fact that it was her sword and only she could unsheath it. And then, nothing. Such great set up for a great dramatic reveal and nothing. And all that work Uk put into to level up to Chisu level and we only had one short test fight with Yul. I mean, really? So much detail they put into the story up until like 12/13 and then they just forgot all about it and decided to rush rush and put a lame story together at the end without much thought just to make money off Season 2. Like nothing made sense with the ending? It was just so weird and wrong and dumb.
feel so betrayed just from a story point. Such great possibilities and it was all just wasted. Reminds me of GOT finale a little bit - although not to that magnitude.
I feel like this dram started so strongly and then became such a mess towards the end. They didn’t need to bring in So-i and that whole fake Mu-Deok story didn’t add much to the plot. I think they could have gotten to Ep 20 ending without it. And for the Crown Prince who has been pretty stable and smart to all of a sudden trust Jin-Mi despite knowing what he did with the Queen is so out of character. It’s like from Ep 15 on the writers got lost in some philosophical BS and couldn’t write themselves out. Hated the ending. It’s like they had a great drama and then decided to just piss all over in the last few eps. So mad i watched it to the end. And yeah I know there is a S2 but it’s like they didn’t even need to do all that and go to S2 if they didn’t get crazy at the end.
