Trust me, ppl have been hating Xu Ping's reason for revenge against Xu Jin for some time now xD It's just that his recent actions have been trying to drive the main couple apart so that's why most ppl are focused on that aspect.

I mean, as a villain he's certainly evil, but his reasons suck so much it kind of takes away from his character. It isn't really the actor's fault, but the character he's been given unfortunately.

Same, I'm hoping she's redeemed by the end ;-; I never wanted her to turn evil but oh well.

Yes! Especially when he manipulates Fu Rong into attempting to kill the man she loves....he doesn't even stop to think how a) that would affect her if she's caught (which she most definitely would, she has 0 martial arts skills and she would be the likeliest suspect when Xu Jin's found dead if she did succeed) and b) how it would affect her mentally...it would literally just destroy her at that point after her master's traumatic death....

Hmm, I haven't really mentioned anything specific tho? I think it's pretty obvious by now everyone hates him since he's the villain xD

At least I can look forward to the next episode starting with a moment for the second couple hahaha.

Altho I don't know the actor, I find him super handsome so I just like looking at him, like "you're pretty but so, so stupid" xD BUT I still hate his character vkdjkfjd and get mad at him because he's such a scumbag!

In the latest episode tho (ep 28)....the ex-bff shows her claws. She's actually pretty smart - at least smarter than all of the villains we've seen so far (I'd say even more than Xu Ping xD).

Also I wasn't expecting Qi Zhu to be that smart, omg. She makes all of Cui Wan's plans look like child's play xD

#Ep28 Ugh I hate Xu Ping wtffff, he DOES NOT love Fu Rong. She's just an obsession for him at this point, or an object to possess. He doesn't actually care about her tbh, he just cares about having her - that's why he doesn't mind 'waiting' and using her to further his own goals, ugh. What a sucky 'second male lead'.

Same...he's so stupid not to realize there's something wrong with the accusation against Fu Rong...like she was just recently targeted TWICE and by the same person, his wife Consort Duan, who he knows owns the competing jewelry pavilion...

Honestly, it takes very little braincells to realize there's something fishy.

I definitely agree w/ regards to Prince An, he's just pathetic all around xD

But for Prince Cheng and Marquis Xindu...they're just the cliché greedy villains - all they care about is getting richer, which is tbh a pretty normal reason imo. But like you said, they really suck at it xD

Cui Wan is definitely annoying, but I'm glad she at least has sort of a reason to like Xu Jin other than he's 'handsome and powerful' lol.

And when she cried saying that she was blind.... wtf xD she's so bad at her plots it's hilarious, i can understand why Fu Rong calls her 'cute'.

#Ep24-25 Pls give my fave WBQ a break ;-; he gets shot by TWO arrows, stabbed by his human trash bag father, and then his father kills himself causing him to feel immense guilt ;-;
