Yes, Matthew's voice <3. He's one of a few singers that makes me melt a bit inside.
I've seen both the Lovely Complex and Death Note anime. I haven't read the Mars manga. I rarely read manga. I have enough a time keeping up with drama and anime plus the few English-speaking shows I watch. However I've currently gone out of my way to read the High School Debut manga. Anyway, I try not to compare the anime with the live action too much. In the same way I try not to compare books I read to the film versions. I try to see each version as separate and distinct things. But it's so difficult to do that at times! OTL.

Those are all good songs. :)
Each song has its own personal message for me so I guess that's why I can't pick a favorite. I was really sad when they came to our state and I couldn't see them live. It would've been a great performance.

Miranda! Yay! If I was still single I'd be her... but short.
It's hard to say if I have a favorite Muse song. Every time I hear them I melt a bit on the inside. Each song I listen to is my favorite at the time I'm listening to it. Like I'll be listening to Panic Station, for example, and think "Oh! I love this song! My favorite!" but then Madness, or Resistance, or Explorers or one of their older songs starts playing and I think the exact same thing. So no, I guess I don't have just one favorite. Maybe that explanation was a bit unnecessary? o.O
The handkerchief is also used for when someone is crying. how often do we someone crying and the love interest handing them a hanky out of sympathy. So It has 2 purposes in Dramaland. :) Maybe I should always carry a handkerchief with me from now on! (O.O)

This was a fun article :) thanks for writing!
Taiwanese rom-coms can be generally cheesy and full of cliches. Plus they abound in over-acting. But that's why I love them. I'm a fan of cheese and so I'm quite forgiving when it comes to dramas like this one. I've added it to my PTW list :)
waaah! more show to add to my PTW list! Never ending!! thanks for sharing these little treasures with us - that Bad Family looks interesting. I'm personally a fan of cheese ^.^
i'd be all for howls moving castle. for those of you who dont know, howl's moving castle is loosely based on a…
me too... I love both the movie and the book. Though, in a way I'm glad I saw the movie first. Howl and Sophie are actually one of my favorite fictional characters.
I would like to see Peach Girl re-done. I couldn't get past the 2nd episode of the Taiwan version of it. Clannad and Haruhi Suzimiya would be good too. I'm not too sure about any of the fantasy based anime though. Those would be difficult to pull off without spending tons of money. Black Butler - I too would like to see it as a drama that is closer to the original story.

I loved both the movie and book. Howl's Moving Castle has a special place in my heart. Perhaps instead of doing the first book they could do the sequel where Howl and Sophie are married and have a baby. I'd like to see that book adapted for screen (whether animation or live-action).
There are indeed some pretty cute characters here. :) I proclaim myself the unofficial eomma/okaa-san of all these cuties!! (since he'd be kind of pedophilish of me to think of them otherwise). Jeremy, Nakatsu, and Goo Yong Ha are my personal faves. And lately I've added Rouma from 'Delicious Gakuin' (not on this list)to my cuteness list - in addition to the ones here. I haven't seen all these dramas yet. But of the ones I've seen I am in agreement with the cuteness.
