Just keep your head down and jump lol. I had to do a relay race in front of mine back in 7th or 8th grade. I suck…
😂🙈🙈 omg!!! I guess at least these make for good memories to look back on.
I get way too self conscious, I probably would have fallen down exactly like SZ did hahaha. When she told the teacher she had a bad knee I LOL'ed, and then he's like you aren't 70🤣
I realize I am WAY behind but the scene of her at the sports meet during the high jump was hilarious. I would have died back in the day if my crush was watching me try to do that... lol
I watched episode 1-2 when it came out, found it a bit slow and also found the ML's behaviour a bit off (I had commented before and some folks explained the background and context to me.) I was worried I would be frustrated by his behaviour watching episode by episode if the drama took too long to explain things so decided to hold off for a bit....
I watched half of episode 3 today and am ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED. Why are they so adorable? Ugh the scene of them in the dessert shop. The way he LOOKS at her. And it was so cute how he treated her and her friend to dessert and she was looking so concentrated at her wallet counting money and kept trying to pay him back because she's worried about his financial situation. I know he isn't suppose to like her at this age, but the way he looks at her I'm pretty sure even if he doesn't realize it he already likes her quite a bit (probably more than as a sister without even realizing it). Now I'm again worried I won't be able to watch episode by episode because they are too cute... I'm going to try to hold off until all the episodes air so I can binge it because I honestly am unsure whether I'll be able to stand waiting for episodes when I fully get into this. This is a highly addictive drama I can tell already lol....
I haven't read the novel/manga. But I think one thing that's slightly confusing me is why is the ML being so nice to his roommates young sister. Typically these kind of relationships would start off with teasing, and the friend (especially if much older from a maturity perspective) keeping their distance from young sisters/brothers of their friends to avoid impressionable kids developing feelings for them?
I am so frustrated lol. Watching the last two episodes makes the story even more confusing as to why they added a COVID arc. I don't care about this not being a "romance" drama. For whatever genre this is the writing was poorly done.
- Side character stories were introduced and left hanging - Plot twists were introduced and left unanswered - Acting potential and chemistry between actors were wasted for rushed storytelling with too much twists and turns - What was good about the drama in the begging became trite towards the end - So much sexism and patriarchy written into the drama - I had very little patience for RXZ's character towards the end (which he still didn't apologies to anyone for anything)
TT and RTZ were such a cute couple and had an adorable relationship that was smeared with the plot twists of the last 4-5 episodes.
And the ending dance montage? where LL announces TT is her daughter in law and everyone accepts that and has no questions??? lol what? (to me this storytelling is belittling the intelligence and emotions of the viewers).
They should have stuck to a solid plot and finished that strong from start to end, instead of branching into a thousand directions of nothingness.
Acting was great, my issues with this drama is entirely with the writing.
Learning about TCM has been nice (although I have very mixed thoughts about the script for Gen Z), but Lusi can you please play a western medical doctor too at some point?
Overall, I had a good impression of this drama. Only the MM plot truly bothered me on a number of levels, including…
I know!!! I totally agree... we will see how they wrap it up tomorrow i guess. But already things have felt too rushed. As if they are trying to fit in too many tropes and storyline into this drama.
I totally agreed with you. I would rather they show some bonding on father and son. How they made up.I am not…
Totally agree with you, its messy story telling. All along TT's worried about WSD and was the reason he recovered. And now that all seems absolutely useless... RXZ knows stuff that he isn't sharing with other people, for what reason? I have no idea.
I don't even know how to feel overall lol. With TT they are like oh you caused food poisoning to your fellow classmates (you must be banished from this school)??? And then to LQ you tried to kill your master? Poor boys are sometimes are pushed to their limits like this, he deserves another chance 🤷🏻
I'm just so lost as to who is the main character in this story and what the point of everything is.

Even RTZ called TT even though they weren't even on speaking terms to let her know he was leaving to the village. And then there is the dad....
